Our Villa boasts an amazing amount of open plan living space with the Total square footage being 2308'.

As you enter our Villa you will notice immediately how spacious the ground floor is with the Lounge area, family room, dining area and kitchen all being open plan.

The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.

The ground floor also has a restroom/cloak room.

The first floor consists of 4 large bedrooms. With the master bedroom being of generous proportion and the 3 remaining bedrooms comfortably accommodating twin beds all with cable TV's.

Our Themed Bedrooms are:
Bedroom 2 'Mickey & Minnie Bedroom'
Bedroom 3 Princess Bedroom' or Cars Bedroom or changed again for Adults.
Bedroom 4 'We Salute you America'

A child's crib/cot which can be converted into a toddler bed, high chair, play pen, safety gate, Baby Walker are provided FREE for our smaller guests.

We also provide toys for Children to play with including Tea Set, pushchair for Minnie, Train, Building Bricks, Road layout & Cars, Zoo Animals etc.

For older children, teenagers, big boys and young at heart a large games room with a full sized pool table, air hockey table, magnetic darts and our Nintendo games system with games has also been a hit.

Outside we have a 14' x 28' south west facing pool which is Solar heated and has optical lighting for nights in by the pool.
