Beverly Beach is located on A1A, between Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. It is one hour south of Jacksonville and 30 minutes from Daytona and St. Augustine. Beverly Beach is also five minutes to Palm Coast which just hosted the Ginn Open of the Champions Tour on the Ocean Hammock Golf Course. The Conservatory Course and Flagler Beach are also five minutes away. Our home is located one hour Northeast of Disneyworld.
For a relaxing, luxurious vacation with family or friends, our home is not your average nearby beach rental. The entertainment qualities of this large kitchen, Florida Room, Breakfast Nook area, makes it perfect for family reunions. Relax in the privacy of your own pool or split level Spa and Jacuzzi, surrounded by a wonderful private courtyard and listen to your favourite music through the surround sound. Grill up your speciality on the courtyard grill or cook a gourmet meal in the state of the art chef's kitchen. Sip a glass of wine while enjoying the views of the ocean on the sundeck, accessible by both upper bedrooms. The kitchen and family area opens to the private pool and spa area. Have your choice of sunning on the beach or private sun-deck, walking on the beach or swimming in the ocean. Crossing AIA to the beach is close and safe with a private walkway to the beach area, a 200 yard walk from the house.
Beverly Beach East, features a dramatic open floor plan with tile floors, soaring ceilings, HDTV, CD player, Sony Playstation 2 and a professional sound system with 4 secluded bedroom suites and 4.5 bathrooms. In addition, it has 3 total living room areas, all with their own unique relaxing qualities. A complete and fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens to a nook and a formal dining room. The house is roomy and comfortable, with a separate entertainment or game room on the upper level with a wet bar and a card or chess table.
Our home has a master bedroom on each floor with king sized beds, and deluxe private bathrooms each with walk-in showers, his and her vanity and large jetted tubs. The third large bedroom is located on the upper level and has a queen bed and private bathroom. The fourth poolside bedroom is private, with it's own queen bed and bathroom and TV. A total of two each king sized beds, two queens and two convertible beds are provided. A computer with Internet access and WI-FI 802.11 availability is also provided with e-mail and MS Office Suite as well.
Flagler County has 19 miles of beaches and access to 165 holes of golf making it a golfer's paradise. Play on the member's unaccompanied membership as follows:
Hammock Beach Conservatory course (Tom Watson designed), or Ocean Hammock (Jack Nicklaus designed), host of the Ginn Open in March 2007. Both can be played for $150.00 each person. Tee-times have to be made and paid for in advance and cards picked up at the membership office. Regular fees are $200.00.
Cypress Knoll (Gary Player designed), the Grand Pine Course & Mantanzas Woods, are public courses and all minutes away with a cost of $40.00 - $50.00 per round.
Easy beach access, restaurants and shopping makes this a true vacation getaway on the "quiet side of Florida". The prime-outlet shopping mall is within 30 minutes driving in St. Augustine, FL. Beverly Beach East is located at the end of a cul-de-sac making your vacation experience a quiet, secluded experience.
Access to the intra-coastal by boat is also available with a maximum boat size of 35 feet.
