  We reserved this cabin for a family celebration recently. Our son was less than a week back home from a year's deployment to Afghanistan. There were seven of us in total & this cabin supplied ample space & became our home for 5 days. The cabin matches the description & pictures precisely with everything you'd need for your time there. Everything was in tip-top shape from the hot tub to the dishwasher. The information that we received from Ray prior to our arrival was thorough & detailed so there was no guess work involved & nothing unexpected. The cleanliness was top-notch plus the 6 inches of snow that fell while we were there was cleared early that morning from the driveway. Every detail was taken care of with no extra effort on our part! Over the years we have stayed in several cabins in the Black Hills.....this is one of the BEST!! The location is central to whatever direction you choose to go. We had easy access to the snowmobiling in Spearfish Canyon; skiing at Terry Peak; casinos in Deadwood; sight-seeing at Mount Rushmore; and shopping, movies & restaurants in Rapid City. If you're looking for some care-free time in the Black Hills look no further. This is a cabin that will provide you the base for a memorable & enjoyable vacation! HIGHLY recommended!! :-D Gene

  We rented this cabin for a weekend getaway. We had five adults and three children (11, 7, & 4) in our group. Hands down this was the best vacation to South Dakota we've ever had. The cabin was perfect. To say it was immaculate would be an understatement. Everything in it was quality. We would try to think of things it wouldn't have just to challenge the perfection, and there wasn't a thing we couldn't find provided. The cabin is spacious, tastefully decorated and beyond comfortable! The view was spectacular. So wonderful to wake up in a bright sunny room and gaze out at the beautiful, peaceful, mountainside. The hot tub was fabulous, was great to sit in the winter air and gaze out at the countryside. Our group had plenty of room to spread out and everybody was amazed at the comfort of the beds. Everything was provided, plenty of cookware, bakeware, and utensils. Was basically like being in our home kitchen. Like I said, we struggled to find anything that wasn't there. There were even spices and some basic food staples in the cupboards. The only downside was having to leave after three short days. If you are looking for a cabin away from it all to relax, take in the scenery, and be surrounded by beauty, this is the place for you. You won't be disappointed. Ray, you have a beautiful cabin, and we can't wait to come back again!

  absolute perfection, this house has everything you need and then some, it was exactly what was advertised, weather you want to be comfy in front of the fireplace, chillin in the jacuzzi, or preparing dinner in the spacious yet user friendly kitchen, this is the house for you. Clean, Clean Clean. step out the door any of the three levels and you are immersed the the beautiful bill hill forest, complete with the song of a babbling brook. at the same time be just a few short miles to Nemo and a few more miles the other directions the historical Deadwood, with shops ice cream parlors and of course gaming, We could not have been more pleased with the home we rented,

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

  Everything in the cabin was top of the line. Very Luxurious, yet rustic. We really enjoyed the deck, grill, hot tub, and hiking around the area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  This vacation home is fantastic. All the amenities of home, but an atomosphere that can't be described in words. Thank you for providing a place for families to get away and experience all that God has provided. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

  Your cabin blows all the others that we have stayed at over the last 4 years out of the water! We definitely plan to come back and stay again during future turkey hunts. We had great luck hunting this year, we each bagged a turkey. The views, hot tub, and furnishings all added to the relaxing weekend stay!
