I spent a week here with my two teenage sons and had an absolutely wonderful time. Wendy and Jack were extraordinarily friendly and helpful prior to our arrival. Precise directions for key pick-up and great tips on where to go/what to do. The condo is exceptionally clean and in outstanding condition. A comfortable sofa (with bed) and love seat accommodated us perfectly. My oldest is getting much taller and he was totally comfortable in the sofa bed. Plenty of linens and extra blankets were welcome. The queen size bed was very good as well. The kitchen and counter table were ideal. I had to do a bit of work so there were typically three of us using the WiFi network at the same time without a hiccup. We didn't watch any of the DVDs but they had a nice selection for teens and younger kids as well. Excellent TV. Although I didn't cook at all, we had everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. To my thinking there were a couple of features that really made this place stand out. Most important was the convenience to the lifts and the Maggie. Its a super short walk from the 1st floor to the lifts which was particularly important at the end of the day when you are tired. The other feature that I really enjoyed were the hot tubs. After getting out of our ski clothes I'd grab a beer and we'd head down stairs right next to the walk that takes you to the lifts. They have fresh towels and plastic cups (for my beer) in the health club. The tubs were clean and it was very family-friendly. We would arrive sometime after 5 and leave before 7 so it might have been more adult-swim afterwards. The in-room guide that Jack and Wendy put together is pretty detailed and their recommendations are spot-on. I'd highly recommend Empire Burger and Motherloaded. Great places for dinner. If you are taking the morning off the condo is very close to the Blue Moon which has a terrific breakfast. Everything is within walking distance so you don't need to have a car/SUV. We had a great time and the condo really is nice. The lobby is pretty slick and there were a couple of computers down there as well. The owners are great hosts and we hope to come back soon!

Wendy, I've been meaning to email you to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay! Your condo was perfect for the four of us, and the binder with information about town was very helpful.  We plan on making some weekend trips throughout the year and would love to stay in your condo again! My wife and I stayed here Feb 2011 for a romantic getaway and ski trip. We stayed 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo building (Village at Breck) has been recently renovated on the exterior and is a beatiful place. The hot tubs and pool area were very clean and fun to hang around in. Not too crowded, we were able to find a hot tub to ourselves on just about any night without a wait. The inside of Wendy's condo is nicely updated and comfortable. We found the bed quite comfortable, the shower and bathroom area has plenty of space with a separate room for the toilet, a double vanity, and a separate room for the shower. All were very clean. The bed and livingroom area are even nicer than they look in the pictures. Bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is clean and with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils if you want to cook. We did not cook, because the location is so perfect we were less than a 5 minute walk to tons of great restaurants on Main Street. And, of course, you are just an elevator ride away from the ski slopes. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. The location is absolutely perfect to downtown. We biked, ran, and walked to the 4th of July fireworks right from the condo. The condo was lovely, quaint, very clean, nice TV too! A couple of nights we cooked in and really enjoyed our time. Thank you for helping make our trip memorable.

I just wanted to let you know we had a great time and your place rocks! Due to weather concerns we went out to Quandary on the Friday and got a late start. We got up to 13,800 and turned around cause we were running out of daylight and energy. The altitude really socked us. I'll be back there again someday though. Cheers, Steve

This property was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great. Just a short walk to the Quick Silver Lift. Extremely good price for location. Would use again. Had a great time.

My daughter and I had a great time during spring break at your condo. The location was perfect for skiing, restaurants and shopping. The snow was incredible, we had about 12" of fresh powder Monday the 17th.

I rented the condo for my young friend Isabel, from Germany, so she could have a family vacation with us. We stayed at Beaver Run and we could meet and be with her in a few minutes since the Village was within walking distance. She felt safe and enjoyed the condo very much and it was spic and span. The accommodations were great for our family. It was convenient to skiing, shopping, and restaurants. There is also a nice indoor/outdoor pool and 4 outdoor hot tubs (plenty of room for everyone). We will definitely rent again!

Stayed 3 days in this lovely condo in February 2007 with my husband. Extremely convenient - one block to main street, ski rental company in the building, one minute walk to chair lift. Very clean and comfortable condo.
