Sea Place is the entire 2nd floor (very private) of a 3-story villa in the La Siesta Residence complex with spectacular views of turquoise water, sea birds and passing ships.
Relax and dine on the private 35' covered veranda with a large patio table that seats 6 or snooze on the 4 recliners. When you're ready for the sun and surf, 2 chaise lounges and 2 ocean rafts are beachfront for your personal use plus a shared pool.
Sea Place is a NO smoking property fully equipped and air conditioned for your relaxation. Two comfy sofas, a chaise and swivel rocker with ottoman let you view the Caribbean from the living room or watch cable TV on the 40" LCD flatscreen TV.
Sea Place has all the ammenities of a luxury hotel--maid service, computer & printer with Internet access, Vonage phone service with unlimited free calls to the US, washer & dryer, parking directly in front of the property.
Sea Place is also available as a 1 bedroom rental at a reduced rate. The one bedroom rental provides use of the entire villa and beachfront master bedroom (excludes use of the 2nd bedroom).

Dear Linda, I wanted to thank you for letting us rent your condo for our vacation at Sea Place May 3-17/09. We had a fabulous time and your villa is beautiful. The holiday was more wonderful than I anticipated. The scenery is spectacular and the weather was perfect, with the odd sprinkle during the day. Shopping in Phillipsburg was so much fun, Dennis picked up a couple of new watches. We drove all over the island, visiting the Westin(loved this hotel), Butterfly farm, Grand Case(had lunch at Tastevin-very nice!), visited La Samanna, Sunset Bar at Maho etc, etc, etc. We went out every night for dinner, we went to Saratoga twice-it was fabulous! Never made it to Mario's in Sandy Ground, although we saw it driving through, but our next favourite restaurant was Rare at Atlantis Casino, our meal there was spectacular! Also enjoyed La Gondala, Bamboo Bernies for sushi, Skipjacks for a 5 pound lobster-yikes! (we shared it!), The Hideaway(very cute). Went to Peg Leg twice-they were great there, had the surf and turf with the free bottle of wine. Also visited Mary Boons-it was very cute but our least favourite meal. ok food, nothing special. But a very cute kind of bed and breakfast place. My favourite part was the French side, you just knew when you were there. All the rock fences and their roads are so much better. THe traffic going towards Cole Hill and Phillipsburg some days was so congested-but hey, we were on holidays. Ermine and her daughter Kandy, were very nice and they didn't have to do much as I am a clean freak and even Ermine said we were very neat and she doesn't get many people like us that are so tidy, because she said alot of people are very messy. It was one of my favourite trips and we will return for sure. Maybe in 3 years as we are off to Pto. Vallarta next May and then Hawaii again 2011. There is this wonderful dog that camps out around the condo everyday. He is brown and has a very curly tail. I named him Sparky but others were calling him Simpson. He is the nicest dog and he became so protective of us and the other renters at Sea Place. Thanks again and have a wonderful summer! Best wishes, Nancy

Linda, There is a little restaurant/bar past Mary's Boon called Karacter. Free chairs, good food and good drinks. Well worth a recommendation. Restaurant is a bus. Your place is the nicest out of 15 we've stayed in in the Carribean. Thanks much, John

Linda, Good morning. My new best friend. :) I returned from ST Martin on Wednesday eve and missing it already. Now I'm here in cold Washington DC on business through Tuesday. 86 degrees to 18 degrees. Linda I love your villa it was perfect in every way. You made my short vacation home away from home. You really pay attention to detail. I have been called a hotel snob by family and friends. Most people feel that as long as the bed is clean and the fact that your not spending a lot of time in the room your ok. Not me, I enjoy having a comfortable villa/room to relax in when I not on the beach or out on the town. Thank you again for the opportunity to enjoy Sea Place it was fabulous.

Hi Linda, We returned from island paradise last night. We loved your place so much – the location is perfect and you had thought of anything we might possibly need! Hermine did a great job with keeping the sand level down and things looking good. We hope to return, and especially to get Barbara down there – she is the person who arranged everything, but could not go. One of us was wondering if it would be possible to get a digital copy of the photo that you have on the computer, so that she could use it as a screen saver.
