Our condominium is located at the southern end of 7-mile long Estero Island near Santini Marina Plaza. We are situated on the widest part of the beach. Our spacious 1200 square foot condo is on the 5th floor. Sit on the lanai and enjoy great views of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is a lovely place for you to get away from it all and enjoy yourself. Everything is here for you. In addition to the furnishings, linens and kitchen equipment there are books, family games, puzzles and some VHS tapes and DVD's in the condo for you to use during your stay. Sandarac is within walking distance to a drugstore, restaurants, shops and marina. Relax and enjoy yourself in our updated and comfortable 'beachy' unit. There's no snow here and it's a wonderful vacation spot!

Why the Owner Chose Sandarac:
My husband's family vacationed on Ft. Myers Beach for many years. Then in 1982 his parents retired to Ft. Myers Beach. Because of this family history, we have spent many wonderful vacations here. We then decided to get our own 'piece of paradise'. The quality of Sandarac's construction, the upkeep, the beautiful landscaping and the big white sandy beach right in front of the building sold us on getting a condo here. We have never regretted that decision and treasure the time we get to spend in our condo on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Sandarac is located on the south end of Estero Island. We are happy to be in an area that is a bit quieter and less congested than the north end. We are a short distance from Lover's Key and not very far from Bonita Beach. We especially like being able to take long walks on the beach as well as walking to restaurants, shops, etc. The Trolley has a stop in front of Sandarac. It runs up and down the island, to Bowditch Park, Lover's Key, and to Summerlin and San Carlos in Ft. Myers. Cost is only $ .25!
