OUR HOUSE IS NEW TO THIS RENTAL LISTING PROGRAM - WE WOULD LIKE TO RENT THIS HOME TO YOUR FAMILY! OUR HOUSE ADDRESS IS 5 BLUE GROUSE SUNRIVER. THIS IS A GREAT HOME FOR SUMMER AND WINTER. CLOSE TO DESCHUTES RIVER AND FISHING. BRING YOUR FISHING GEAR. WALKING DISTANCE TO NORTH GOLF COURSE AND NORTH POOL. MANY FREE BIKES TO USE FOR GUEST TO BIKE THE TRAILS AT SUNRIVER.

Our warm and cozy 2100 sq. ft. home sleeps up to ten guests comfortably with two master bedrooms and a kids bedroom with two double bunkbeds. Master bedrooms have one king bed and the other has two queen beds. Our kitchen comes complete for your cooking needs.

Our home is situated in close proximity to all that sunriver has to offer. You are one homesite from the Deshutes River so bring your fishing gear. Woodlands Golf Course is within walking distance to the clubhouse, public pool and tennis courts.

Our home provides bikes with the bike paths next to our lot. After a busy day of fun you can relax in our 6- 8 person hot tub and catch a view of Mt Batchlor while you relax. Our house has an outdoor deck of over 1200 SQ.FT. with patio furniture and a gas grill for a cookout.

  • This house was just perfect for our three families. We had family members coming in from Wyoming who had never been to Sunriver before...this was a great first impression! From the huge LCD TV in the living room, to the huge deck w/hot tub out back...this was a great vacation home. The location was excellent and close to the Woodlands Golf Course (The North Course for you golfers) and beautiful river bike paths/trails. There is even a nice view of Mt. Bachelor through the large living room windows! The only problem with the house was that we could not have stayed longer! Great rates for large, spacious, comfy home!   • This is a great house, a really awesome value! It was spacious and comfortable. The master bed/bath, HDTV & hot tub were huge hits with our three families. I would definitely stay here again.

  • This house is FANTASTIC! We've rented it two summers in a row and plan to continue indefinitely! Perfect for three families! Kitchen is well stocked and furniture/decor is terrific. Very comfortable house and the deck is great for lounging!
