This is a beautiful gated home built with Oregon hardwood floors, cabinets and millwork. Huge living room, sunroom, fish pond and garden built on 2 flat acres of grass and gardens...surrounded by 70 foot high lodge pole pines, cedar and fir trees. This house has a attached garage for your clubs and luggage. You have three queen size beds in the bed rooms with Sterling memory foam. The Master Bath has a Jack and Jill Jacuzzi with views. The living room has leather sofas and chairs. This is high end. We don't allow multiple family gatherings on the property.
No neighbor views, very private! It is a 600 yard walk to Bandon State Beach and Wayside. It is a ten minute walk to restaurants, a five minute drive to Bandon Oldtown and a ten minute drive to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. This beach house property is huge!

- This is a very secure property on a quiet street out of the wind, surrounded by trees and a cranberry farm. You are walking distance to Bandon State Beach, with hard packed sand and nesting terns. The house was hand built in 1953 with Oregon redwood, doors ar 5 feet wide with hand made doors to the bedrooms, the kitchen cabinets were hand crafted.
