Located in the heart of Incline Village this property is ideally located with easy access to town, the beach, ski resorts, a newly renovated championship 18 hole golf course, and casino's. In 2006 the unit was fully updated with all new furniture, 42" Plasma TV, beds, appliances, kitchen cabinets, carpet and paint.
The home has two decks overlooking a creek running through the back part of the property. One deck is off the main living area and the second off the master bedroom. This is an ideal setting for a summer BBQ or just kicking back to catch up on some reading.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a California king bed and the second bedroom has 1 full bed and a two singles beds (bunk). The third bedroom also has two twin beds.
