In 2006 the unit was fully updated with all new furniture, 42" Plasma TV, beds, appliances, kitchen cabinets, carpet and paint.
The home has two decks overlooking a creek running through the back part of the property. One deck is off the main living area and the second off the master bedroom. This is an ideal setting for a summer BBQ or just kicking back to catch up on some reading.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a California king bed and the second bedroom has 1 full bed and a two singles beds (bunk). The third bedroom also has two twin beds.
