Our 1 bedroom, one bath condo is fully furnished with all you need for a fantastic vacation. It is spacious inside, with Saltillo tile throughout (perfect for sandy feet,) flat screen TVs, high speed internet and cable, 1 California King size bed, and 1 Queen size bed (Murphy bed in main living area that folds up and hides during the day,) plus a comfortable and spacious couch perfect for family games and movie nights. With a double door entrance into spacious Master, you will also find a renovated Shower/Bath, and ample closet space. Kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities of home, including microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker and basic baking needs.
The condo is tastefully decorated, with warm accents, it's a spacious one bedroom with good open feel to it, and a perfect place to settle in and enjoy the Southern California setting.
We are beach close - the entrance to Strands beach trail is off of Selva, just a few hundred feet away from the complex, the only thing between condo and beach trail entrance is parking and trees! Strands Beach is undoubtedly one of the best beaches in Southern California, and there are 3-4 other great beaches 5 driving minutes from the condo. Our beaches are frequented by locals and vacationers alike, and are extremely popular with surfers and body boarders. Trails were recently renovated; they are pristine with fantastic views and walkways. Dana Point is in South Orange County (between Los Angeles and San Diego) on coast and it is a quiet beach community full of surf lovers and low key atmosphere. If you enjoy walking, you will find a plethora of things to walk to: Ritz Carlton beach, several coffee shops, downtown Dana Point - all within a mile. Dana Point harbor is around the corner, and offers sailing, boating, kayaking and dining - very fun place!

The South entrance to Salt Creek Beach Park is off Selva Rd. adjascent to our condo community. The North entrance to Salt Creek Beach is through the Ritz Carlton Hotel grounds to a paved path along the bluff above Salt Creek Beach; the path, which skirts the southern perimeter of the grounds, has numerous benches. From the top of both entrances you will find overlooks providing views of gray whale migration routes, Catalina Island, and the amazing coastline.
Easy walking trail around the point with breathtaking views of the ocean, cliffs and harbor. Surround yourself with the natural flora and fauna of the Southern California coast.
