Experience the best of both worlds!
Imagine a tranquil beachfront property with spectacular views of Banderas Bay, nestled into the verdant jungle hillside of the romantic South Shore, yet just minutes away from the wonderful restaurants, great shopping, fabulous art scene and active night life of Puerto Vallarta’s quaint Old Town and bustling Downtown, which is 5 minutes by car or taxi and 10 minutes on the local bus. Welcome to our condo at Torre Punta Vallarta located at Punta Negra beach!
At Torre Punta Vallarta #16, you can watch playful manta rays glide in the sea below you or sip a margarita, while watching Vallarta’s breathtaking sunsets from your eighth floor terrace! Take a dip in the ocean, swim at Torre Punta Vallarta’s seaside pool or take a snorkeling or scuba diving trip to nearby Los Arcos! Venture into the jungle at your back door, to swing over a lush tree canopy of tropical flora and exotic fauna on a zip line. Go to the day spa nestled between rivers and jungle in the tiny nearby village of El Nogalito.
Our newly remodeled, two bedroom, two bath condo is an eye-pleasing combination of Mexican beach house and Vallarta chic. You can wake in our king size bed to Puerto Vallarta’s spectacular sunrises over Banderas Bay. Our condo is kid friendly, featuring a bunk bed that sleeps three in the guest bedroom. A second couple can stay there, with views of Vallarta’s magnificent jungle hillside!
To make your stay comfortable, we have satellite TV, CD, and DVD. Should you choose to be in touch with the outside world, our unit is wireless compatible. You have local phone service, to make those restaurant reservations or to book a trip on the pirate ship.
Although you will be busy testing Puerto Vallarta's incredible range of world class restaurants, you will have a full kitchen at your disposal. Our laundry room is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and everything necessary to make your stay enjoyable. We also provide twice a week maid service(once a week for stays of more than a week).
Our Concierge ,PVRPV, is set up to help you with everything else, to make your stay both memorable and comfortable. They will meet you at our condo with keys and lots of information about Puerto Vallarta (or will even meet you at the airport, orient you to the town and deliver you to our front door for a small fee). Feel free to call us before your trip. We have been coming down to Puerto Vallarta for more than 20 years and now live here part-time. We would love to share our favorites, such as restaurants, day trips, tours, adventures and much more, with you!
Once you stay with us and experience the magic of Puerto Vallarta, you will want to return again and again. So let us be your home away from home, here in Mexico!

Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We picked the Puerto Vallarta area because it combines all the amenities of a destination resort city while fiercely retaining it's own identity and culture. Unlike many of Mexico's resort destinations, Purto Vallarta was not created by the government's Tourism arm but rather was discovered by chance by Hollywood (as a set for the making of "The Night of the Iguana")and grew to become a destination. Think of Puerto Vallarta as the home to the second largest bay in the America's and the place the mountains and jungle meet the ocean. It is a remarkable place from an ecological standpoint----------8 months of 85 degree weather without a drop of rain followed by 4 months of monsoons to bring it's jungles to life for another year. And yet,it's also home to more fine restuarants and great art galleries than just about any other city in Mexico (short of Mexico City).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is uniquely situated on a romantic tranquil beach where oftentimes you may be the only one on the beach-------------and yet , it is less than 10 minutes (by car, taxi or bus) away from Puerto Vallarta's Old Town (the "Zona Romantica" with it's many shops, galleries and restuarants).
Torre Punta Vallarta is a 10 story white condo building (containing 20 units/2 per floor)located on the west side of the highway (along the ocean)amongst a complex of 4 condo buildings situated along
Owner's Map of South Zone
We decided to live part-time in Mexico in 2005-after Pat retired from his active law practice. We wanted the adventure of living in another cuture with a different language and new challenges.
We now split our time between our old home in Albuquerque (New Mexico) and our new home in Purto Vallarta (in old Mexico). We now are blessed with many wonderful new friends and have had some truly memorable experiences in our new home.

This was a wonderful condo on a great beach. The sound of the waves relaxed us during the day and lulled us to sleep each night. Our favorite activity was playing in the wonderfully clean water on the gorgeous sand beach. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked with whatever a guest might need. Pat and Debbie answered all of our questions and gave us tips on some of their favorite haunts. The bus arrived just outside our front door about every 15 minutes. We hope to return next year for a longer visit. Thank you Pat and Debbie for your hospitality.

We stayed here for a week mid-Feb 2010. It was beautiful. The views from the huge patio are fantastic.. The place was good size and very well equipped. The owners have thought of just about everything you will need to fix meals, do your laundry and enjoy TV, Stereo , DVD, etc.. The bus stops right in front of the condo to take you into and back from PV for about $1. round trip. If you don't like the bus, there are always cabs in the area.. Mismyloya and Boca de Tomatlin are smaller towns south of this Condo that are more authentic "Mexican Villages" and well worth the bus ride for some shopping and a wonderful lunch on the beach. Nice place you won't be disappointed.. j.,.
Owner response:So glad you foud some of the nearby non-touristy treasures.............

If you are looking for rest & relaxation, this is the condo for you. The condo is very clean & the decor feels like Mexico. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the views. The sunsets were amazing. Excellent little beach with a safe area for your kids to play in the water, & just over the rocks for the big kid in all of us... 8 foot waves for body surfing & boogie boarding. Felt like home away from home just a little more tropical, exotic, warm & sunny :)
