Our beach cottage is a single family, one level home, no one above or below you! It sits just 150 feet from the sands of Mission Beach on a quiet well-kept court. The yard is fully fenced and there are three easy enrty parking spaces at the rear of the house.
The cottage is recently remodeled and boasts a bright sunny living room with comfy Pottery Barn sofas and a large HDTV equipped with premium cable.The house is also equipped with secure wireless internet access.
The kitchen is granite and stainless and is fully stocked including spices. There is a gas range and everything you need to prepare meals.
There are three bedrooms, all with high quality mattresses and bedding. Two bedrooms have queen beds and TVs. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle. All have large roomy closets.
There are two bathrooms. One contains a walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. Both have plenty of storage space.
The patio area has a sunny side with table and umbrella, and another sitting area shaded by a large tree. There is a gas b-b-q here too! There is ample space to park bikes. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys are stored on the east side of the house. Also located there is a shower with hot and cold water.
We have a keyless entry system. Your personal door code is set via the internet. There are no keys to keep track of and no lines to wait in at the rental office. We have a local property manager should any problems arrise.
Come and enjoy the cool breezes and glorious sunsets of Mission Beach. Our cottage is the perfect get away!
Please note: No loud or large parties. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 25.

We are within walking distance of many activities, and within biking distance of more. Sea World is just five minutes away. You are just a short drive to downtown San Diego, LaJolla, Coronado, Del Mar, Old Town, Balboa Park, Lego Land, and more. Take in a bull fight in Tijuana if you are feeling adventurous.
