Upstairs: Large, newly decorated, master bedroom with a door to the front deck. Private full bath with large jetted tub. Large walk-in closet and enough room to add another bed. Also upstairs is the 2nd bedroon with full bath. Kithen with open living room area (has a deck off the front and back). Laundry facilities upstairs.

Downstairs: Walk out is a bright, beautifully furnished living room with gas fireplace and TV. Third bedroom with huge walk-in closet and full bath. The downstairs is perfect for some privacy.

A very short walk to the dock and you can enjoy a day on the lake. Relax by the pool or sit on the dock and fish. You must see the gorgeous sunsets. The property is one tier off the lake. The house is on a high enough grade that it offers a nice view of the lake. Great for families.
