This cute cabin features two bedrooms and two baths. A gourmet kitchen where you can cook a nice cozy meal, to eat in front of the fireplace, or have a quick easy snack. The living room is nice and spacious and comes equipped with a satellite television and a DVD player so do not forget your movies. The bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and a full bath in the master suite. There is a big front porch where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The community of Overgaard is in Navajo County, in beautiful Arizona. It is hidden on the top of the Mogollon Rim. It is located 50 miles E of Payson and 35 miles W of Show Low, on Hwy 260 and surrounded by the Sitgrieves National forest of tall ponderosa pines on all sides.

The Overgaard area is surrounded by many year-round recreational opportunities and points of scenic interest. Immediately south of Overgaard is the Mogollon Rim, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 feet from the base to the highest plateau. The Rim divides the northern plateau region from the lower central and southern areas. The Rim offers many exceptional views and numberous man-made lakes ideal for boating and other water sports.

Hunting for elk, deer, turkey, antelope and bear is permitted. Fishing, in nearby trout streams is popular. There are also extensive picnic facilities available within the area. Other scenic attractions in the area include Chevelon Canyon Dam, the Canyon Creek Fish Hatchery, Chevelon Butte, and the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.
