House has a big patio facing the course and a large screened patio on the side. Great for just relaxing or you have access to several club houses, golf courses, tennis, walking around the lakes or joining the many activities that take place in a retirement community.
We are 25 minutes from the airport, easy to pick up guests, and 15 minutes from a large shopping mall. All of your local shopping is 1 to 2 miles away. From Phoenix you can get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff at 7000 foot elevation with the tall ponderosa pines or south to Tucson and on to Mexico.

Older modular home. Great location. Roomy. Photo of kitchen area on VRBO site is not the kitchen in the unit we rented on Cochise Place.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
