The Running Y Ranch Resort promises to be a relaxing getaway destination for you and your family. After golfing 18 holes at the resort’s top rated Arnold Palmer golf course or after treating yourself to a massage at the on-site spa/fitness facility, this 1928 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse will be a perfect place to wind down.
The open and functional floor plan is made cozy with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and nicely appointed décor. Unlike many homes, each bedroom has its own bathroom! Our guests are sure to enjoy the two large master suites which include large tubs and separate showers. Both suites have king sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen which makes it more convenient to travel with friends and extended family. An extra-large water heater makes morning showers more enjoyable for all.
The townhouse, built in 2005, is only a 5 minute walk to the Resort’s Sandhill Spa and fitness facility for relaxation, indoor swimming and recreation. The Running Y Lodge, Convention Center and seasonal outdoor ice skating rink are all within easy walking distance.
At the end of a fun packed day of golfing, bicycling, hiking, or horseback riding, guests are invited to relax in the hot tub located on the spacious wood deck. For those traveling on business, you'll be pleased to know that our vacation home has broadband/cable internet access.
Situated adjacent to Upper Klamath Lake and the Cascade Mountains, outdoor enthusiasts may want to find time to bird watch in the local Pacific Flyway, tour the Volcanic Scenic Byway, take a quick day trip to Crater Lake, or cast a fly in one of the many nearby lakes and streams. Others may enjoy an evening out in Ashland for fine dining and to take in a play at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

The Running Y Ranch has been a wonderful getaway for our family, a place to unwind, create memories, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with friends.
Why the Owner Chose Klamath Falls
The Running Y Ranch is situated perfectly for our family; it is within minutes of the California border making it a great alternative to Bend, which is 3 more hours north. It is quiet, yet has numerous large resort amenities, including specific year-round activities for children. The Sandhill Spa, miles of paved trails, and Arnold Palmer Golf Course make it great for the adults as well. We chose the location of our home because it is a 5 minute walk from both the seasonal ice skating rink and the pool/sports complex/spa.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Our home is perfect for traveling with friends and the extended family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy! We also have a garage which is not the case for many townhomes at the Running Y. Additionally, we have upgraded the hot water heater so everyone gets a hot shower!
