Hacienda Los Cabos - a 24 hour secure guarded gated community on the hill above the Sea of Cortez and the Fonatur-Mayan Golf Course in an Oasis type setting. Views of the estuary, Sea of Cortez and bay of San Jose, the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, San Jose and its beach are phenomenal!

Perfectly located only a short 5 minute walk downhill to San Jose shops and restaurants, and golf courses. A bus can be taken to Cabo San Lucas stops along the Corridor. It’s a half mile walk to the bus stop. The ride by bus to Cabo is about 30 minutes. The bus frequency is every 20 minutes, until 10p.m. Walking time is approximately 12 minutes to the ocean. This condo is approximately 20 minute drive from the airport, and then just 20 minutes by car down the trans-peninsular highway to Cabo San Lucas for additional shopping and night life.

This condo has been totally renovated with new appliances in Summer of 2006. Very private, immaculate, decorated furnished condo with 2 bedrooms which sleeps four people. A queen size bed and bathroom in master bedroom and two single/twin size beds in the other bedroom with another bathroom across the hall. Both bathrooms have large showers. Wake up to the majestic view of sea of Cortez from the master bedroom's picture window. Living/dining area, full kitchen with washer/dryer in unit, A/C, 4 ceiling fans, Balcony, BBQ, telephone, answering machine, wireless internet access in unit, purified water in unit, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, CD/radio, hair dryer, alarm clock. All linens included. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery, blender, pots and pans, etc. 1000 square feet. Everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The interior décor is traditional Mexican style with all the comforts of home and modern amenities. This condo is on the second floor from your parking spot, but on the same level as a pool with just a few steps up to pool.

Unwind---Enjoy the water fountain and its relaxing sounds from your balcony. There are three pools. Also kiddie pools.

Any two continuous months or more from May-Dec rate can be reduced! Will also rent long term. $25 cleaning fee. $300 Refundable Security Deposit. Check in is after 3pm on arrival date, and check out is before 10am on departure date. Sorry no pets. Smoking outdoors only please.
