Our superb five bed, four bath detached villa benefits from a spacious plot with very private pool area on the prestigious new Mediterranean style Tuscan Hills gated community, just 10 to 15 minutes from Disney.
The home is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in main rooms and ensuite bedrooms. This is the ideal home for two families travelling together as it sleeps 12 in comfort. For guests' additional comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted.
Tuscan Hills is an outstanding new community, and benefits from a huge selection of facilities, including restaurant (due 2010), impressive 2700 square foot clubhouse with fitness room, indoor children's playroom, large lounge and covered lanai, all overlooking tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden.

Universal Studios and Sea World can also be reached in around 25 minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Tuscan Hills
We saw Tuscan Hills first as an architects plan and loved the resort layout, the spacious floorplans and particularly the exposed stonework and red tile rooves that give it that Mediterranean feel. The reality once built is even more attractive.

We bought our first property in 2005 and this stunning villa on Tuscan Hills was our second purchase in 2006. We absolutely love the place; it is spacious, peaceful & private, wonderfully equipped and well positioned for access to everything from supermarkets to Space centers.
