We have over 15 years experience in property rental management. We maintain and clean our rental properties personally and provide all renters with comfortable, clean and affordable seasonal rentals. We have owned property in Citrus County, Florida for over 8 years and lived in the Citrus County area full-time for 5 years. Currently we own and operate a retail country store in Ossipee, New Hampshire seasonally - from May through December - Stone House Country, LLC. We winter in Citrus County, Florida from December through April. We have excellent references from past and current rental clients available.
