  Your place in PV ( Brisa 1 ) is truly a special place and certainly was much better than we could even had hoped for. As you know, it is always very easy to be somewhat skeptical when planning a trip (especially with the whole family coming from half way across the world ) when you have never been to a place and have no personal knowledge of the area, the accommodations and the people that you have to deal with. Well Max, whatever questions we had, they quickly disappeared as soon as we walked in the front door of Brisa 1 ! The facilities were absolutely wonderful and the place was spotlessly clean and we were all very impressed with the whole setup ! The beautiful living area , the fantastic bedrooms and associated bathrooms and the extremely well-equipped kitchen all helped to make "your" home feel like "our" home for the week ! There were so many "pluses" that Brisa 1 has to offer that it's hard not to forget mentioning some of them but certainly the wonderful infinity pool just outside the front door was a great big "hit" for our family and we all spent many wonderful hours in it just talking and having a great family time together. As you know, our son lives in Hong Kong so we do not get to see him but very seldom so this made it all the more special for us. And of course my daughter and her family thought it was pretty special to just open the front door and jump in a pool ! Just a bit different than what we are used to in northern Wisconsin at this time of year ! Also certainly the close proximity to the pools, the elevator, the restaurant and the beach were also very conducive to the enjoyment of our stay. In addition we were very pleasantly surprised at the extremely well manicured grounds around Punta Esmeralda ! The flowers, the lush vegetation and and the way things were maintained certainly added to the good feelings we had about the whole complex. We went down to the restaurant several times throughout our stay and enjoyed it tremendously. The food was GREAT ........ The drinks AWESOME...... The views SPECTACULAR......The covenience UNRIVALED........and most importantly...........The thoroughly enjoyable and friendly STAFF who made it all worthwhile !!!

  We stayed in Brisa #1 Aug.25th and had the times of our lives. The condo is absolutely amazing and felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Everything about the complex was perfect and the location was great. Make sure to check out Punta Mita and Bucerias for some great food. I highly recommend the condo and we liked it so much, we are thinking of buying our own. Thanks Max

  We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at the condo in Bucerias. The unit is wonderful. It is very well appointed, spacious and ideally located. It was low season and we practically had the place to ourselves. It was also monsoon season and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the thunder and lightning show.
