This property is located next to Delnor Wiggins State Park which is situated on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo bedroom as well as from the lanai. There is nothing but the Park between the unit and the Gulf of Mexico. A short walk and you are at the beach. Once on lthe beach you can take another 15 minute walk North and find a treasure of sea shells,washed up in a cove on the beach.
The condo is on the fifth floor and served by two elevators. This is predominantly an owner occupied building during most of the year and is considered to be quiet and relaxing. WI-FI or wireless internet access was added to the unit in Oct.of 2009. New leather chairs(2)were added to the main living area in Oct.of 2009 as well. The unit has recently undergone an extensive remodelling of both bathrooms as well as new dining room furniture and kitchen counters. A new dishwasher and microwave were installed in Nov.2008. In late 2007 all new floor Tile was installed in the entry,kitchen,dining area,living area as well as the hallway and Master Bedroom. A new television/DVD player has been added to the living area as well as the master bedroom suite and new drapes were installed in the main living area and master bedroom suite in 2008. New window treatments were added to the 2nd bedroom in 2008 as well. A new mattress, and box spring has been added in the 2nd bedroom,and all new bedroom furniture was added in the Master suite in 2007. New comforters added in both bed rooms in 2008. The unit was freshly painted recently and both bathrooms had wallpaper removed and were painted as well during the summer of 2009. Laundry facilities are directly across the hallway and new energy saving washer/dryer recently installed. The view from the lanai is of the Gulf of Mexico on the left and the causeway both forward and to the right.
There are numerous public golf courses, restaurants, shopping, movies and banks a short drive from the unit. The swimming pool is 150 feet from the entrance to the unit and is heated during the winter months. The Ritz Carlton is located about a mile down Gulf Shore Drive which runs along the beach, this road dead-ends into the condo. There are multiple restaurants, hotels etc, along this road with both indoor and beachfront dining which you can easily access by walking on the beach or driving. Downtown Naples is a 15-20 minute drive down route 41 (Tamiami Trail)and Marco Island is just south of that.
