Wonderful large luxury family home of the mountain road in beautiful Stowe VT.Totally refurbished throughout with Direct HDTV/TIVIO throughout the property with a 42 inch HD plasma in main sitting room.Accomodation comprises of: Large family sitting room with wood burning stove,large fully fitted kitchen/family dining room,quiet sun room with cosy gas fireplace. There is also a separate 1 bed apartment with kitchenette connected to house.That makes four bedrooms in total.

we can accomodate maximum of 10 guests,rates quoted are for 6 guests per rental,over 6 guests and their will be a daily surcharge to cover extra utilites per guest.The main rentor must be over 25 years old.

Outstanding views of Stowe village and church, Worcester mountains. Village is a 20 minute walk - yes 20 minutes, or three minutes in car to your favourite restaurant (there's over 50) Smugglers notch/Stowe mountain resort/Spruce Peak are all 10 minutes in car to the best skiing in eastern USA,X-country skiing and snowmobiling local too,Great summer/fall location too,with paved bike trail,hiking,horse riding local.   • We had a wonderful time. The house was very good size with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We really liked the fact that you furnish the house like you live there year round. The mudroom came in very handy, as did having four bathrooms. The woodburing stove worked great keeping the house warm, but its nice to have the heated floors during the subzero mornings. We found the house, ammenities and surroundings in immaculate conditions. It was very close to Stowe which is one of the best mountains in Vermont. We recommend this property to anyone interested in a well kept, spacious beautiful home to rent. When we get closer to summer would you please contact me with some weeks that are available and the cost. It looks like a great place to come in the summer also.   • We really enjoyed our stay at Hill Top View. It was the perfect location for our family while we were in Stowe to attend a fall wedding. The location was perfect! It was so close to town we could have easily walked to the store and to downtown. It is such a beautiful place from the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The Kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the cozy kitchen looking out to the spectaular fall colors all around us. Our family really enjoyed spending time together and it just wouldn't have been the same if we ended up staying in a hotel. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

  • This house was absolutely beautiful! It is perfectly equipped for those who like to cook, with wonderful appliances. The house is situated on the lot in such a way as to maximize the views of the village and mountains. The sun pours in the windows and makes the house so pleasant to relax inside. Proximity to the ski area and village is excellent. Every attempt has been made to enhance the comfort of guests, from the wood burning stove, to the heated floors, to the plush linens and towels. Great house, we would love to return!

  • Hill Top View is a cozy and comfortable home which has been well designed with a detail to use of space, height and accents to decor. The entire ambiance invites relaxation immediately upon entering the home. The TV lounge is comfortable and cozy with the added benefit of the wood burning stove which on the cold days is very welcomed. Each of the bedrooms with private bath as well as the annex apartment are comfortable, roomy and pleasant to be in. The fully stocked kitchen lent itself to great family meals around the dining room table. The property is close to the grocery store and town and a short ride to the slopes. The town of Stowe has a lovely feel and full of quaint shops, wonderful restaurants and breathtaking scenery of mountains, hills and trees. I can think of no other vacation that could offer such respite for the busy city dweller from New York City. I would love to return and will tell others about this wonderful piece of paradise away from home.

  • This house was the best we have ever stayed in. I have to agree with the previous comment that the photos don't do it justice and that it was much better than I expected. I think it would be impossible to capture that view on film. We just couldn't stop looking at it. The space inside and outside the house was fantastic as were all the gadgets. My husband loved the huge tv and surround sound. The house is decorated to a very high standard and a lot of thought had obviously gone into it.   • Joanne – Thank you for sharing your home with us. Your Stowe house was perfect for our family vacation. The set up could not be easier after a long day of skiing. We were able to pull into the garage, get the children out of the car and out of their ski clothes and right to a cozy spot in front of the fire without tracking everything in with them. The heated boot room and coat pegs provided all we needed to make sure things were warm and dry for the next day. It is obvious that you put a great deal of time and effort into designing and decorating the house. The pictures on the web site do not do it justice! We’ve rented many homes and this is the first time that the reality was better than the photos! The views are amazing from every room. We fell in love with the kitchen, having the children sitting around the island while we were cooking was a treat. It has every imaginable appliance and utensil! Your home made our time together very special and we will definitely be booking dates for the ’07 –’08 ski season.
