50% Deposit to reserve your dates - Final 50% payment is due 60 days prior to check-in date. **You must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in**
**Cancellation Policy – Full refund is offered with 60-day notice prior to check-in date; 50% Refund with 59-30 day notice prior to check-in date. In the event of a cancellation with less than 60 days notice to check-in date, the Landlord will make every attempt to secure a secondary tenant. In which case, the Landlord will refund the appropriate amount of rental fees obtained from a secondary tenant, to the primary tenant
