WELL DECORATED---The Traverse Trail Home is charming, comfortable and inviting. It has HARDWOOD FLOORS throughout the main floor -- including the kitchen, dining, living, and the lovely main level bedroom. The large downstairs bath has double pedestal sinks, a 100 gallon jacuzzi tub, with tile and marble floors. This bath also contains a Bosch washer and dryer laundry area. Carpeting covers the entire upstairs -- a large den between the two upper bedrooms is often used for the littlest guests; it offers a quality full-size CRIB and changing table.
MASTER SUITE BALCONY:
The king upstairs master suite has a rear deck balcony with a table and two chairs outside. It connects to the expansive decking below, approximately 450 square feet, where a patio set seats four for outside dining, plus built-in benches.
The main floor has a lovely dining set, and leather couch and loveseat in the living/entertainment room. Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses with charming linens, a viewing mirror, rug, antique side tables, and dressers for storage during your stay.
This special home is a quaint combination of old and new, both romantic and delightful.
YARD IS ENCLOSED:
The fenced backyard with cobblestone walkway leads to the rear garage which is directly on the TART trail. (great walks) The covered entry greets visitors with a cheery wrought iron porch swing.

We did enjoy our time at the house in Traverse City. We were able to take full advantage of all the area had to offer and had a wonderful time. Access to the garage meant not having to clean snow off the vehicles and keeping them parked off the street. The house is comfortable and we all enjoyed watching movies on the surround system in the living room. The location is exceptional and walking downtown took no time at all, just as we had hoped. Dear Becker Family I wish to thank you for renting your lovely home to us in September. The home was so comfortable and warm. We loved it! We decided to eat our meals out, therefore we didn't much more than the coffee pot, and some bowls for cereal! It was nice knowing we could cook if we wanted to. We loved the Traverse City area!
