It offers lovely detailed wood craftsmanship associated with this bygone era - in combination with several modern well-designed touches. The home is ideally situated directly on the TART trail(Rail Trail),3 blocks from the waterfront,1 block from F & M Park. Walk to downtown shops and dining and all festivities! WELL DECORATED---The home is charming, comfortable and inviting. It has hardwood floors throughout the main floor -- including the kitchen, dining, living, and the lovely main level bedroom. The large elegant downstairs bath has double pedestal sinks, a 100 gallon jacuzzi tub, and tile and marble floors. This bath also contains a Bosch washer and dryer laundry area. New carpeting covers the entire upstairs -- a large den between the two upper bedrooms is often used for the littlest guests; as it offers a new pack-n-play, full-size lovely crib and changing table.
