For a relaxing place to have a wonderful vacation you need look no further. Our home is ready for you to enjoy! We feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open kitchen-dining and living room as well as a terrific carolina sun room that offers a futon for additional sleeping. The master bedroom has a queen bed and master bath with a large, walk-in shower. The second bedroom features comfortable twin beds. The second bath has a tub/shower. Blankets, bedspreads and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. The futon requires a queen sheet set. Both bedrooms feature TV/VCR combos.
There is dining seating in two separate areas, seating four to six each, along with bar seating between the kitchen and living room. If you choose to drive to the beach it is half mile away with private free beach parking. There is no golf cart with this rental. Golf carts can be rented at the village office. Located across the street from our home at the opposite end of a small park is the outdoor pool. There is also a covered indoor pool and both have kiddie pools. Most of all enjoy your vacation!There is a bus at the end of the street that will take you to the beach and back along with to Runaway bay mini golf, tupolo bay par 3 and executive golf and ice cream!!!

Rate Details (In US Dollars.)
The summer 2009 rental rate is $500 to 650 per week. call for nightly rates.
$200 Deposit is due when you make the reservation. Rental payment in full
is due 14 days before arrival. If renting less than 14 days before arrival
you must send the full amount of the rental plus the deposit when making
the reservation. We accept bank checks or money orders. Cancellations
made within 30 days of reservation are subject to a $200 Charge unless we are able
to rent the unit. We will make every effort to rent the unit. The unit must
be left clean and any damages reported in order to receive security deposit back.
