This home was just placed on the market 11/30/06. My family and I lived there, full time since 1998. We completely remodeled the home in 1999. With the kids of to college I decided to un-retire and am back in college too as an Engineering Professor at The Cal Maritime Academy. Hence the move. You won't be disappointed. The lake is literaly at the back door and across a narrow street in front(with no houses in the way).
