Come over and enjoy a piece of the beautiful North Shore in the quaint town of Waialua. This split-level condominium is right across the street from a beautiful beach and is the end unit (much more privacy and fresh air) closest to the ocean. This is also one of the only beaches on the North Shore where you can still swim/snorkel when the surf is huge!
The unit has all new laminate floors, ceramic tile, new fixtures, washer and dryer, new kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, etc. It is very clean and spacious, has a great breeze (as well as ceiling fans), and a lanai with mountain views (as well as an ocean view from the doorstep to check the surf!). It is very tastefully decorated and includes a queen bed in one room, double in the other, a twin and a queen aero-bed, and a toddler bed and pac-n-play available upon request (sleeps up to 6 guests). The bedrooms are downstairs and the living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai are upstairs so there is plenty of space for everyone!
Located in one of the most well-kept condominium complexes in Waialua, which includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna, keyed elevator, and on-site resident manager. Just a five-minute ride down the bike path to Haleiwa and just steps away from some great surf breaks. A perfect place for the kids with the beachfront playground and basketball courts just a block away.
