GREAT SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER WEEKS OPEN
This wonderful three bedroom, two bath unit features huge rooms and a great beachfront location. It is in a great location on Front Beach Road, gulf-front about one mile from Thomas Drive in Panama City. It is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theater, goofy golf and much, much more. The condo is over 1500 square feet for your enjoyment with lots of space in each room. Fitness center is on site. With only 80 units, it is never crowded and easy to get to the beach and pool and large sunbathing areas at the pool and on the beach.
Everything is brand new and professionally decorated. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths as well as a jetted tub in the master bath and separate walk in shower. The unit is very spacious (over 1500 square feet of luxury) with wide hallways and a full laundry room. The bedding is one king, one queen and one double bed in the third bedroom and the sofa top. All bedrooms and living areas have TVs, DVDs, and VCRs. The beach is this area is not crowded and plenty of watersports are nearby or onsite.
Rate below includes cleaning fees, parking pass, internet service in the room, beach service chairs and umbrella daily on the beach. Rate does not include taxes (12%).

I really enjoyed this condo! The pictures are exactly like the condo is. The view is great. The granite countertops are beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. The remotes for lights are a plus. The kids enjoyed having a room each to themselves. The owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo and the beach chairs.We had a wonderful time and hope to get to use it again next year!
