This wonderful three bedroom, two bath unit is ready for renters. It is in a great location on Front Beach Road, gulf-front about one mile from Thomas Drive in Panama City. It is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theater, goofy golf and much, much more. The condo is over 1500 square feet for your enjoyment with lots of space in each room. Fitness center is on site. With only 80 units, it is never crowded and easy to get to the beach and pool and sunbathing areas.
Everything is brand new and professionally decorated. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths as well as a jetted tub in the master bath and separate walk in shower. The units are very spacious (over 1500 square feet of luxury) with wide hallways and a full laundry room. The bedding is one king, one queen and one double bed in the third bedroom and the sofa top. All bedrooms and living areas have TVs, DVDs, and VCRs. The beach is this area is not crowded and plenty of watersports are nearby or onsite.
