This beautiful Junior 1 bedroom is located in the heart of South Beach, (Miami Beach) and within walking distance to absolutely everything you want do.
In the historic Art Deco Shelborne Beach resort, former host to the Miss America Pageant
This Great unit is a full 400 square feet and has a separate bedroom with a King bed and new tastefully decorated rooms. The entrance room has a very comfy Queen futon with upgraded mattress and a fully equipped KITCHENETTE equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster oven,electric griddle,blender and sink, perfect for making breakfast or re-heating.We also have a Bistro set were you can enjoy your meals.
There's two lounge chairs which you can take down to the beach.
You will have full access to the gorgeous pool and towel service, but if the beach is your thing you just cannot get any better than our gorgeous Miami Beach, where you'll find lounges and umbrellas for rent, or bring our own chairs.
The hotel has several bars and a restaurant which you can use on a cash basis, as the unit is privately owned and not part of the hotel for charging,parking, or concierge privileges. There is parking nearby as well as drug stores
and food shoppes. Daily maid service also is not part of the rental, but you will be provided with plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies. Maid service is available for a $65 charge should you require it for longer stays or if the little ones made a big mess. Linens will be washed and replaced as well as bed linens, with housekeeping service.

I absolutely love this place. I was the perfect space for 3 girls. It was in convenient location. Easy access to the pool and that gorgeous beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been visiting South Beach for many years. This is one of the best units in the Shelborne and one of the best locations in SoBe. It's just as promised: clean and well-appointed ... and it's owned by a thoroughly delightful woman named Gia. You will enjoy your interaction with her almost as much as your stay, and when you leave you will have the same good feelings that other reviewers have written about. Moreover, visitors after January 2011 will have the added benefit of the dazzling renovation of the Shelborne property that includes major upgrade of the entrance, lobby, and entire first floor. So why wait? Head for one of the premier year-round vacation spots in America and stay at a great place without fear of disappointment.

We stayed here for a long weekend of fun in SOBE. The location is perfect to reach all of the fun SOBE has to offer. If you don't feel like walking, it is easy to grab a cab for a very short ride anywhere. The apartment was very clean and perfect for a long weekend. The views are spectacular with a clear ocean view. We enjoyed the ability to just walk out to the beach as well as chilling around the pool area when we needed some shade. Gia was great to work with and we will definitely be using her services the next time we go to SOBE.

This condo is in an amazing location and includes all the amenities you need for a great trip to south beach. We stayed here during WMC and could not have been in a better place. This unit is located inside the Shelborne and is centrally located to many other area hotels and restaurants. There is a Walgreens within walking distance for anything you would need. Gia Hutt,the owner, was helpful and easily available for any questions we had during our stay. The unit was clean I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

We stayed at this great apt. in South Beach in June.The rate was unbeatable!And the place was beautiful and clean and right on the most beautiful beach. we were able to walk everywhere,it's centrally located to everything.Gia was very helpful with restaurant names and even told us how to take the Casino boat which leaves out of Miami Beach.We will rent this unit again next year,and can't wait to return to fantastic South Beach!
