Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club is located in the Naples’ area surrounding McIlvane Bay and the Ten Thousand Islands. With an 18-hole golf course by Peter Jacobsen, Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club brings an extravagant, new approach to golf in the Naples area. Designated as one of the top 10 new private courses in the world to open in 2004 by Travel & Leisure Golf Magazine, received the Gold Sustainable Signature Community Designation from Audubon International, and the ninth such overall designated community in the world, Hammock Bay is bound to take your breath away.
It is a gated community one mile from Marco Island. The building is built in 2006. The entrance boasts grand waterfalls with a turnaround entrance. We are taking booked through the April 2010 season but have rentals available until the end of the year.
This 2100 square foot end unit has a private elevator entrance right to your unit. It includes three large bedrooms with private baths, and is professionally decorated. The decorator was flown into Florida to complete the unit. There is a beautiful 300 square foot west-facing lanai for you to enjoy the sunset each evening.
The complex has a movie theatre with reclining velvet seats, a state of the art fitness center, a pool with cabanas, hot tub and a community room with another plasma TV and a pool table. There are large gas grills outdoors for entertaining. Everything is on one level so it reduces alot of walking from venues.
The master bedroom has a sleigh bed with lavish bedding. It includes an HDTV. The master bath has two vanities, a whirlpool tub and two person shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and the third bedroom has two twin beds and is a surf board theme. Fun for kids or grandkids. The living room has a powder room off it for guests.
My husband has downloaded 125 albums of all different types of music.
Our unit has it all! We have included maps, recommendations for restaurants, games, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee maker, grinder and more. You will feel right at home. There is a full computer with internet access along with free long distance.Please feel free to call with any questions you may have. You can check out the WCI Community website to view this neighborhood. It is WCI Communities and go to Naples, and then Hammock Golf and Bay.

I own a school uniform business in Minneapolis and a Commercial Real Estate business working with start-up medical companies and Dave has been with Best Buy for 23 years so we have the state-of-the-art everything: not by my choice:) We have three teenagers 17, 16 an 14 who love this golf course. We have great recommendations for this area and the people in the building are wonderful.
Why the Owner Chose Hammock Bay Country Club
My husband is an avid golfer along with my boys and we bought in Hammock Bay because of the golf. They have the ability to recycle the ocean water for the course so it always stays green which is important for us since you never know when there will be a water shortage. We bought to retire there someday and it has had wonderful memories for our family. I also like the fact that I can lock the door, go home and not worry about my unit.

Excellent property in a great location. We had breakfast and most of our meals sat out on the extensive lanai (although it did get a bit windy at times). Paula (the owner) was very helpful and responsive. Serano is a well managed unit with excellent facilties and we particularly enjoyed the gym, the pool and the hot tub. Location is very handy for Marco and its beaches and Naples and the many golf courses in the area. Overall the accommodation exceeded our expetations.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

I stayed in the Aversana building at Hammock Bay for three months before renting this unit in Serano. I didn't know what to expect but I really loved the unit. I must say, I liked Serano better than Aversana. Sharon at the front desk is awesome and friendly and Paula was wonderful as well. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was great! My family and another family of 3 had a great time and had plenty of room. We will never stay in a hotel at the beach again. The pool was great, not crowded, 5-star quality and only a short drive over the bridge to Marco Island. It was very nice to have parking garage, beach chairs provided and all the cooking utensils you would need are already supplied. This place is a must see and all you need is your clothes no packing all the little extras like beach towels or chairs. Thanks Paula we will definitely book again soon! 7-13-2010

I have used VRBO for vacation rentals all over the country and this condo is my all-time favorite. We stayed here in December 2007. After reviewing the listing, we had high expectations and they were exceded in every aspect. This place has it all...HDTV, internet, room for all to spread out and a wrap-around lanai with great views. The pool area is 5-star resort quality and the golf course is one of the finest I've played anywhere. Great location...easy drive to Naples or the beach. This is a tremendous value for the level of amenities. My only hesitation in recommending this condo is that it might not be available for me to rent again!!!

This is a great place to stay!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and very private.. definitely a 5 star (without the 5 star price!) Tons of amenities and the location is great - only 1 mile over the bridge from Marco Island.

Our stay at Hammock Bay in February of 2007 was delightful. The condo was incredible - spacious, comfortable and luxurious at the same time. We enjoyed all the amenities the condominium and the community had to offer - the great HDTV and internet access, the pool, the movie theatre, the fitness center...the owners are friendly and accomodating. A wonderful experience!

Thank you, Paula, for the opportunity to stay in your very lovely condo. The unit is decorated just beautifully and is very comfortable. First class all the way. We did enjoy the terrace as there wa always a refreshing breeze through the foliage. And the building amenities, WOW! One could not have asked for anything more. We are anxiously awaiting our next stay in Serano.

I was shocked that we were able to stay at this nice of a place for the money. It is one of the nicest places I've been. You are so close to the beach but there was so much to do at the complex we stay there instead. We met alot of really nice couples there too. Nice owners.
