Hammock Golf and Bay is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Naples. Rent Annually for a low price and use all year. Bring business associates, family, relatives, golf buddies-better value than paying high seasonal rates.
It is a gated community one mile from Marco Island. The building is built in 2006. The entrance boasts grand waterfalls with a turnaround entrance.We are taking bookings for the 2010 season since we are booked through July 2009.
This 2100 square foot end unit has a private elevator entrance which may be turned off in the evening so no one can enter your floor. It includes three large bedrooms with private baths, and is professionally decorated with Thomassville furnishings. The decorator was flown into Florida to complete the unit. There is a beautiful 300 square foot west-facing lanai for you to enjoy the sunset each evening.
The complex has a movie theatre with velvet seats that recline, a state of the art fitness center, a pool with cabanas, hot tub and a community room with another plasma TV and a pool table. There are large gas grills outdoors for entertaining. It is surrounded by mangroves and lush landscaping. The third tower was just completed and has starting inside units for $700,000.00
The golf course is one of the top ten in southern Florida and is private. However, as a renter you may golf at the club. Every avid golfer is familiar with this prestigious golf course.
The master bedroom has a sleigh bed with lavish bedding. It includes an HDTV. The master bath has two vanities, a whirlpool tub and two person shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and the third bedroom has two twin beds and is a surf board theme. Fun for kids or grandkids. The living room has a powder room off it for guests.
My husband has downloaded 125 albums of all different types of music.
Our unit has it all! We have included maps, recommendations for restaurants, games, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee maker, grinder and more. You will feel right at home. I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Minneaolis who works with start-up medical companies and my husband has been with Best Buy for 23 years so we have the state-of-the-art everything: not by my choice:) We have three teenagers 16, 15 an 13 who love this golf course.
