It is located two blocks from the golf Clubhouse and Community Center and backs up to a desert area with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There are no neighbors behind you so it is very private and quiet. The back patio area has been extended and includes a gas firepit and BBQ to enjoy the beautiful Arizona nights. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with contemporary furniture. The second bedroom hasjust been updated wit a new queen size bed. The great room is furnished in southwest style with a brand new 42 inch flat screen LCD TV with Dish network cable, a DVD player, and stereo. High speed internet access is also included with a wireless router. The kitchen comes complete with a gas range, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and all the dishes, tableware, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
This house is set up with everything you need to move in for your stay. All you need to bring is your golf clubs and suntan oil! You also have access to all the amenities that Quail Creek has to offer, which are all on-site. These include a heated lap pool, a heated lounging pool, spa, bocci ball courts, tennis courts, fitness facility, and a championship 18-hole golf course (green fees extra). All these facilities are located within a block of this house - easy walking distance!

I bought here because Quail Creek is the premier community in Green Valley, It has all the amenities on site, so you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. One of the things I love about Quail Creek is the quietness of the night. There is also world class bird watching and hiking nearby and lots of interesting places to explore in Southern Arizona.

I love staying here because of the quiet nights and bright stars. Its like being out in the country. No city noise, just peace and quiet and a skyfull of bright stars! What a relaxing place to stay!

I am from Rapid City, SD but have lived in Arizona since 1975. I am active in real estate in the Phoenix area, but bought down in Quail Creek to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. I plan to retire in Quail Creek as soon as possible!

This home is located on a very convenient street in Quail Creek. You can walk to the Grill Restaurant, the Clubhouse and the driving range. The house was clean and has the basic amenities but could use a few more of the basics such as coffee mugs, etc. Some of the bedding and towels could use updating. The view of the preserve is wonderful and we saw lots of wildlife. We also enjoyed the fire pit on the cooler evenings. There are lots of tourist attractions closeby , as well as a variety of golf courses.
Owner response:Kitchen ware and bedding for the master bedroom are scheduled to be updated in April 2012. The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were replaced in December 2011 with a new queen bed and bedding. We strive to continuously update the house so everything is fresh and updated.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

We were having a family reunion in Vail AZ. My wife and I rented for a week. Great house and great location inside Quail Creek. The home was very well furnished. It was in a very nice area of Quail Creek, with good views of the mountains and valley from the back patio.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
