Why the Owner Chose Blue River
Blue River is a great community just 5 minutes from Breckenridge. The house feels like a cabin in the woods and there is hiking right out the back door. One can also walk down to the Goose Pasture Tarn, take a 4 mile trail run into town, snowshoe trails behind the house, or roast marshmallows at the fire pit by the creek in the summer.

Our family loves travel, running, hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, and just being outdoors. We love Breckenridge for its proximity to Denver, great town feel, and fabulous recreation. After numerous trips to the mountains with our first child, we decided that if we ever wanted to make the mountains part of our life we needed to have a home. We are happy to share our home with families looking to for a great place to getaway and enjoy all that Summit County has to offer.
