Discover elegance in the wilderness: centrally located inside Yosemite park gates, we invite you to "Stay In Yosemite", and be our guests. Our fully furnished mountain home is just minutes away from most park locations and awaits your arrival.

This house is bright and sunny; it has two levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and it is easily accessible for the elderly. The entrance level has a forested view, a newly remodeled kitchen (which opens to a spacious living room and dining room with a wood beam ceiling), an attractive gas fireplace, and a TV/DVD. The living room opens to a viewing and conversation deck equipped with a gas BBQ and chairs. The deck is also accessible from the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a gas fireplace for romantic ambience.
The lower level has one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and double closet and the other with two twin beds. There is also a cozy family room between, another fireplace, TV/DVD, and a conversation deck.

There is off-street parking for three cars.

To reserve the dates you desire to stay, $500.00 cleaning/security deposit is required. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit provides against any damage you may incur to the rental property and or excessive uncleannness during your stay, and is fully refunded provided there hasn't been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement including the clean-up procedure and NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS facility. If you smoke in or around rental property or bring a pet you will lose the entire $300.00 deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED ABOVE STATED PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD.

Balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. If you cancel within 30 days but before 7 days of arrival, we will refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we charge 100%, unless rebooked by another party, then we refund your money minus a 10% cancellation fee.

If you make a reservation within 30 days of arrival but before 2 days of check-in, we give a 2 day grace period before we charge you, after that the above stated cancellation policy rules apply.

If a reservation is cancelled at any time the cleaning/security deposit will be refunded in full. Refunds are returned within 30 days of cancellation. Thank you.
