Feb 9 - March 2 $195 per night (4 night min) (2/14-2/19 is $275 night)
June 1 - Oct 1 - $125 per night ( 3 night minimum)
50% deposit required upon booking. Full payment due 30 days before arrival
***add a one time $60 cleaning fee per rental **
