This location is a golfers paradise and a great retreat for family enjoyment. The espectacular balconies of the home offer magnificent views of the ocean and the horizon. The home is located walking distance of the Golf Course and Club House where you can enjoy music in the evenings and great food.
The Master Bedroom with a private balcony opens to the wonderful ocean views for those that are looking for a romantic gat-away. There is an interior patio-courtyard with fountain. The home is in excellent prime condition and owners have pride of ownership.
