Why the Owner Chose Sea Club
We purchased this condo @ Sea Club in 2006. We love this location & we love this beach! I call it "my beach"! I spent my childhood spring breaks visiting family in the area. I had such wonderful memories of this area. When my wife and I wanted to buy a vacation home, this area was by far head and shoulders above the rest. Everything you need is just minutes away! The beaches are the best in the country and the amusement parks are close. I wanted to give my kids the same great memories I had coming to the St Pete/Clearwater area. The Sea Club does a great job with maintaining the grounds and it is one of the largest properties in Indian Shores with an open grass courtyard and oversize pool. It is our peice of paradise! Our three kids love to come here and hate to go home!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You get the best of both worlds: the beach and the intercoastal. Right across the street is the wonderful turquoise Gulf of Mexico's top rated beach and in the back of the complex is the intercoastal waterway. At the beach you can relax and sun bath, swim, fish, watch pelicans dive for fish or just get one of the world's best sunsets! At the back of the complex is a fishing pier where you can fish, watch boats go by, watch dolphins and manatees or watch the beautiful tropical birds put on a show. Each unit is nicely spaced out over 5 acres of property.

We spent a week at this resort in condo #18 and realized instantly that one week would not be enough time to enjoy the countless number of activities and restaurants local or less than a 20 minute drive. The beaches are beautiful with amazing views and sunsets. This is a place were you will be in a contest with your kids to see who can have more fun. The condo #18 was amazing! A home away from home with a view and a balcony that is perfect for relaxing. It was very clean, temperature controlled and safe for kids. You cannot beat the price for what you get in return. In will definitely be back and next time it will be for two weeks not just one. Thanks again for the excellent hospitality, B&M

Dear Louis and Donna, You have a beautiful condo and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with our family. Although the baby is 20 months, he has video and pictures to look at later in life. The weather was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. Wish we could stay longer, time flies so fast hopefully we will be back soon.. The Pack and Play was very handy. We tried to catch a glimpse of the dolphins, but were unsuccessful. It was definitely a home away from home and we thank you. CS Indiana
