On a 1/2 acre, you can sip cocktails and relax on the 60 foot deck, overlooking 2 golf course fairways, 2 lakes, waterfall and majestic mountains. You can swim in the 50 feet pool with jacuzzi. Then, relax at the built-in barbeque, while listening to the music through the backyard speakers.
The backyard has beautiful Brown Jordan outdoor furniture with the fabulous new 'Harmony' round adjustable lounge - that has a table and umbrella in the middle - perfect for that afternoon of sun/or shade.
The grounds have fabulous fruit trees; tangerines, grapefruits and meyer lemons. Get up in the morning, pick fresh grapefruit and have fresh squeezed juice. What else could you ask for?
The property has recently been painted throughout, with new coordinating linens throughout. It is truly an amazing property.
