* Master Bedroom: queen-size bed with Sealy Posturepedic Plush mattress, two closets, two night stands, dresser and chest, and cable TV.
* Master Bath: tub/shower combination, washer/dryer, vanity sink, and a laundry sink.
* Guest Bedroom: full-size bed with Sealy Posturepedic Plush mattress, closet, two bed-side stands and a chest, ceiling fan.

* Porch: covered porch with seating and outdoor eating area; outside shower and golf cart located at the garage/shed.

* Cleaning/Rules: cleaning products are provided for you to clean at departure; you will need to provide your own linens (sheets, towels - bath, beach, and kitchen), bath soaps, detergents, and paper products; please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community; all guests must abide by their rules and regulations; upon arrival you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office (at the main entrance) and pay $3/day (current rate, may change}Pre-register form can be sent to get in.Avoid the waiting in line.
* Golf Cart Rules: a licensed driver 21 years or older; there is zero tolerance for violations; security does patrol the area 24/7; if you receive a violation you will lose your deposit and will be fined $50 by Ocean Lakes and lose golf cart privileges.
