Visit our beautifully decorated townhome directly across from the worlds greatest beaches. Gulf Highland is a large, gated community with a private clubhouse and pool directly on the beach. The resort offers many activities including 11 pools (four of which are heated,) six tennis courts, an 18-hole putt-putt course, shuffle board and work out area.
You will absolutely enjoy our newly decorated home. Both bedrooms have their own full baths. The master bedroom has an incredible view of the pool with king-size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with a queen-size sleigh bed.
Dining area accommodates eight with a fully furnished kitchen. Directly out of back glass doors are a patio, pool and putt-putt.
Gulf Highland is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Enjoy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willy's, Saltys, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Frank Brown Softball Complex, Wal-Mart, several golf courses, Publix Supermarket, bowling and movie theatre.

Our family loves Gulf Highlands. We have rented from Donna several times before (all of the condos she owns back up to the mini golf course, great for kids and adults, our boys love to eat breakfast then run out the back door for a quick game of golf before heading to the beach). All of her units are maintained well and kept in very good condition as the pictures show. A gated community with direct beach access and their own Beach Pool with Snack Bar and restrooms. We would recommend this location to anyone for a easy and carefree getaway any time of the year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this unit 165 Kimberly drive for the winter till the end of March. This was a nice unit and had everything we needed, we had a problem with the hot water and the air-con . Our landlord Donna was right on it ,and they were both fixed the same day. I would recomend this unit Good beds, ok equipped kitchen perhaps could have used one or two more pots but we managed. I would stay here again. It's in a good location with the putting cource and pools close by. well kept and well managed location.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

we stayed the last week of july the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed it was very well equipped very clean and my kids loved being able to walk right out the back door to the putt putt golf course,shuffle board and swimming pool. the location was great and we will defineatly rent the same condo again when we return to florida (hopefully next year) we had a great time loved it had a great time none of us wanted to leave...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed here for the Mo. Nov. loved the condo it was clean comfortable and was well equipped. All the neighbors were friendly and helpful and the complex had everything you could ask for.
