Keywords: Home in Waikoloa Village
This newly built custom designed house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Waikoloa Village. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, and an Office, which includes a daybed and can be used as a fourth bedroom.
The distinctive features of the house are clear-stained solid cedar walls and open beam ceilings, and a large number of windows oriented to the ocean and mountain views; the high ceilings produce an expansive and airy effect in a floor plan that covers 2400 square feet under roof, including a large lanai. The home furnishings and landscaped yard reflect a tropical and oriental motif.
Waikoloa Village is situated on the northwest side of the Big Island on the slopes above the famous Kohala Gold Coast resorts, white sand beaches and championship golf courses, which are a short 10 minute drive away. The Village has a shopping complex with a full service market, service station, restaurants, shops, a world class 18-hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a riding stable. Guests have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts, and can get discounted green fees for the par-72 Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed course.

Our family was looking for a vacation home on the Big Island that was spacious, comfortable, had access to local shopping/dining, was centrally located, yet private enough to be very relaxing. WE FOUND IT! This beautiful home has a very open floor plan, ample storage and amenities, and a great kitchen! Plenty of room for family and friends!! The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood; the furniture is very comfortable which creates a truly relaxing atmosphere; and, there is access to everthing from local shopping and dining to world class resort dining, amenities, and beaches within only minutes. Driving access to the major attractions all over the Big Island is made simple by the central location of this property! Our family can't say enough about how much we enjoyed everything about our stay at Hale O'Waikoloa! We are looking forward to staying again on our next trip to the Big Island!

I just want to let you know how much our family enjoyed staying at Hale 'O Waikoloa January 27 through February 3. The house was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay another time. Actually we would have loved to stay longer this time as we came home to below zero temperatures in Minnesota! Please also thank Anna Reeves for her part in making our reservations. We would recommend Aldridge Associates to anyone!

Our family of five had a most enjoyable stay at Hale O'Waikoloa. The convenient location allowed us to relax on the beautiful beaches every day, go shopping, swim with dolphins, ride horses and see historic sites and then return home to a comfortable, restful place to recharge for our next day's adventure. The home was everything the description promised and more!! We truly had a fantastic time on the Big Island.

Hale 'O Waikoloa captures the spirit and warmth of the island. The house is open and spacious with impeccable decorating. The high beam ceilings are intricate, and we spent a lot of time in the evening marveling at the architecture. I especially enjoyed the large master bathroom and walk-in closet. The view from the lanai is wonderful; we took many photos of the sunsets. We had a group of four, but the house can easily accomodate seven people. The large kitchen allowed us to make many of our meals in the home. Hale 'O Waikoloa is close to some of the island's most beautiful beaches, one of them being Hapuna Beach, which we learned is often times ranked in the top five of U.S. beaches. After putting 1,000 miles on the rental car going all over the island, we found that many of the best destinations are within 30 minutes of Hale 'O Waikoloa. This is a very special home on a very special island.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at Hale O'Waikoloa! The view from this beautiful home isspectacular. The home is new and is tastefully furnished , spacious and with all the comforts of home. It is ideally located near the resort area, to many fine restaurants and golf courses. We will certainly choose Hale O'Waikoloa again on our next trip to the Big Island!

Our family of six spent almost two weeks in the first part of March at this newly built vacation home. I must say, we all enjoyed very much our stay at this very nicely decorated and well furnished home in a great neigborhood of Waikoloa. It certainly beats the usual noice and activity in hallways of a resort hotel. You can have a good breakfast out on the Lanai or be there in the evening and enjoy the view of the ocean and the distant mountain We went to see the green side of the Big Island and the volcanic crater and quite a few beaches around the island.
