The private beach, private pool(in season), and parking are for residents and guests only, which means that here, it is never crowded. Nearby coastal communities a short 1-2 miles by car or bike offer endless activities, shopping, and a wide variety of great restaurants. You may find that the best dining location around is on your private balcony here, overlooking the ocean.
This condo was fully renovated and updated in 2005 to include all of the comforts of home. Enjoy views of the ocean from all rooms, including the open airy kitchen with center island, the living room with comfortable new queen sleep sofa, and bedroom with new queen bed, dresser, and full closet. Watch the dolphins jumping and enjoy the ocean breezes on the 20 ft long balcony, accessed by sliders in both the living room and bedroom.
Fishermen have labeled Fenwick Island "paradise" for over 75 years, and surf fishing is allowed all day. Visitors find that the beauty of the sunrise over the ocean is eclipsed only by the sunset over the bay.

If you want the beach without the crowds, this is the place for you. You don't need to pack a lot of clothing because the condo has all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer. There are plenty of great places to eat or everything you need to cook in or heat up leftovers-the best of both worlds. From waking up to the gorgeous sunrises from the bedroom, enjoying beverages on the balcony or finding the most amazing shells - this was one of our best vacations ever. Thank you Debbie!

My wife and I were looking for a cozy beachfront getaway spot. This turned out to be perfect. The owners obviously care about their clients, and their pride of ownership shows through. Friendly, attentive full-time staff on site is an added bonus. We plan to return often.

We had a lovely three day getaway here in October. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed that it was a quiet getaway -- off the beaten path and that made it more relaxing. Nice ammenities with the dvd player and a pretty stocked kitchen of cookware. Thanks for a wonderful time. We'll be coming back to celebrate our anniversary again next year!

My wife and I were able to spend a wonderful anniversary weekend at your "diamond in the rough". You are so close to everything in OC, yet secluded and peaceful when you want it to be. Even when the weather wasn't the best, it still made a great place to relax. See you again next year!

My three-year-old son and I spent two wonderful weeks at this lovely condo. It was everything you could ask for in a beach experience. The condo was well-equipped, clean, and bright with a nice-sized kitchen. The stack washer/dryer was terrific for keeping up with kid laundry. There were lots of thoughtful touches -- rainy day books and games for kids, a hairdryer, flashlights, etc. The condo complex rents out cribs, toddler beds, and roll-away beds, so we didn't have to haul a lot of kid equipment. The complex itself is meticulously clean and well-run with an incredibly friendly and helpful manager. The pool was sparkling. And the beach was just fantastic -- clean, uncrowded, gorgeous!! The view from the condo is charming -- ocean and dunes. My son fell in love with "Peter Rabbit," a bunny whom we saw in the mornings and evenings right outside our window. I highly recommend this condo -- you will not be disappointed.

My gal and I stayed here for a long weekend in April 2007. We had the beach almost to ourselves - in fact on Monday, it was all ours as far as the eye could see. The condo was just as advertised - cute and easy. No dolphins, but a wonderful large intact conch or whelk shell - the biggest she's ever found! We'll be back.

Spectacular Ocean Front is exactly what you will get at this property. In my ratings of one to five this condo is a 5 out of 5. Excellent. I have been to Fenwick Island many times and this is the best place to stay. I will return again and again..
