This condominium with high-speed Internet access is located on a well lit corner of the eighth floor with ceiling to floor sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom with full view of the beautiful blue-green ocean and clean sandy beach below. You may not want to leave the condominium and just kick back and relax and let the warm ocean breeze and the gentle sound of the surf do their thing on your senses. When you are ready to join in the beach scene there are complimentary lounge chairs and beach towels available for your use.
Major hotels with casinos and fine dining, well known restaurants, major fast food outlets, i.e. Burger King, Wendy's, KFC, Long John Silver's, Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc., along with general shopping, Walgreens Pharmacy, grocery stores, super markets and ATM's are all within a very short walking distance. There are several Sam's Club, Costco, and Wal-Mart stores as well major malls but you'll need a rental car, take a taxi, or the take the city bus for 75 cents.

Living in New York we had the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico and fell in love with the beautiful beaches in this tropical paradise and then decided to purchase a beachfront condo there. We continue to enjoy exporing the island with it's endless beauty in between guest rentals.
