Tres Palmas is located right where you want to be! On the newer side of downtown Bucerias at #43 Francisco I. Madero. We are 1 1/2 blocks from famous resturants such as Mark's Bar & Grill and Karen's Place. Plus a mere 2 blocks from the beach.
The estate consists of 4 casitas strategically spread around a common pool maximizing the intimate outdoor space. Giving each casita a fresh indoor/outdoor floor plan. The outer edges of the grounds are surrounded by walls and gates for your security. The owners live full time in casita 4.
Casita Palmas... (sleeps 2) is a 1 bedroom (queen bed) with sitting area and 1 bath all under air conditioning. Which opens up onto a private, fully equipped, covered,outdoor kitchen.The table is large enough to seat 4-6. Imagine cooking, eating or just relaxing over looking a wonderful fountain cascading into the pool surrounded by tropical gardens.
Casita Brisas... (sleeps 2) is a 1 bedroom (queen bed) , 1 bath, with fully equipped kitchen and dinning area all under airconditioning. But you to have the option of opening the sliding glass door wall allowing the fresh tropical breeze to run through. This casita too has a refreshing view of the pool, fountain and gardens.

Every casita is newly decorated with Mexican flare. Equipped with everything you need from blender to beach towels. Maid service will be provided 3 days a week. In addition to other free services such as laundry facilities, bottled water, wireless internet, cable tv, small safe, and gas grill.
Think of yourself lying in a chaise lounge by a cobalt blue tiled pool,being lulled into dreamland by the sounds of a beautiful Talavera tile fountain. That's when you will know you have arrived in Paradise! If watching the hummingbirds move from flower to flower in the tropical garden patio around the pool is your idea of the perfect vacation.... but wait there's so much more to do here.
A three-block stroll away is Bucerias Centro, a lovely little Mexican village with a gazebo and a church in the main plaza. But just before you reach the plaza you will pass the artesans' market, where you will be dazzled by the array of colorful items before you. Here you will find silver, ceramics, hand-embroidered clothing and so much more. You can even schedule a horseback riding trip or a sailing excursion on the bay..

We have stayed at several places in PV and Bucerias and this is our favorite! Terry and Gene are the best hosts! Casita Bucerias is a fully-functional one-bedroom apartment that has all the comforts of home. Terry and Gene have thought of everything you will need. We stayed for one week and loved it so much that we have reserved it for 2 months next year. The property is only two blocks from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The property has a great pool with lots of comfortable seating areas. With WiFi, cable TV, full kitchen, and much more, this is a great choice for a quiet vacation in paradise. Highly recommend. A++

Just wanted to share with you how much we enjoyed our stay. Most importantly, my husband was able to go golfing and any other activity he wanted,while I stayed at the casita, read, swam and felt very safe and comfortable at all times.We enjoyed the privacy and the quiet.We both felt, it was the best holiday we have had up to this time. We look forward to spending our holiday with you again next Jan.

We stayed at Casitas Tres Palmas for 10 days and we highly recommend it. It was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. It was a relaxing stay, close and convenient to the beach and to Bucerias Centro. It was easy to walk or take the bus. Casitas Tres Palmas owner,Terry, was very friendly and helpful.

My stay in Casita Palmas at Tres Palmas was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This is the most efficient efficiency I have ever stayed in . . . very roomy and bright with everything you would ever need - including a complete kitchen and large bathroom. I felt totally relaxed . . . with my own private garden patio or using the beautiful pool area while enjoying the blooming flowers, hummingbirds and gorgeous fountain. I could walk to the beach in 2 minutes or be in Centro in 5 . . . . with GREAT restaurants and shopping in between. Tres Palmas gives all the new luxuries, while retaining the flavor of this quaint "Old Mexico" village of Bucerias. I will be returning and next time with my husband!
