Why the Owner Chose Summerwood
The mountain house provides us with a means for great access to ski resorts in the winter to fresh mountain air and hikes and swimming in the summer. The walking path is located right in front of our subdivision which provides great access to the lake for a quick walk for some great fishing! We love that the house is situation close to a grocery store or novelty stores yet nestled in the trees for that 'mountain' feeling. The pool, grill, outdoor tennis courts and hot tub are a bonus during the day or after a vigorous day of skiing.

- A quick drive to downtown Frisco for some restaurants or night life
- Conveniently located by the outlet shops or grocery stores
- Hot tub, swimming pool, tennis courts, grilling on the deck are a must!
Owner's Map of Summerwood
Moose Cabin is a family owned property. We purchased the home to use as a family gathering, or get away from everyday life. We try to use the house as much as we can among our family member- both winter and summer months. It seemed a shame to let the house sit vacant while we were not using it, hence the decision to rent it out ourselves to others who wanted to enjoy the great amenities.

We have stayed here in the summer and the winter, both times were great. We enjoyed the proximity to ski resorts in the winter and many of the areas activities in the summer. I highly recommend the cabin as the owners are very easy to speak with.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
