We enjoyed a 1 month stay. The condo was comfortable and had everything we wanted. We appreciated the pool area and the exercise facilities. It was about a 20 min walk to the Commercial for groceries but there was a small mini mart on site. It was also about a 20 min walk to the Marina where there were some nice restaurants. La Terraza, Fajita Bananas, Ochos Tostados & others. The owner Michelle was pleasant and easy to do business with.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

What a wonderful vacation. The condo was one of the very best we have ever had in all of our travels. Beautiful view, wonderful weather. The condo was beautifully decorated, furniture and accessories all coordinated. Kitchen fully equipped, all new appliances, what can anyone wish on a home away from home. Thank you Pat for all your help and emails immediately answered. You made our holiday all that we expected and more. We would love to return.

Sipping coffee on a balcony in the morning while watching the cruise ships coming in or having a drink at sunset are precious moments that we will never forget. Needless to say we have very much enjoyed our stay at condo E-302 in Bay View Grand. BVG is very well located near the Marina where shops and restaurants abound. The complex is very well maintained, landscaping is outstanding. The five pools are cristal clear. Chairs and umbrellas are plentiful. Security is discreet but efficient. We liked the appartment layout. The 2 dining tables, one in the dining area and one on the balcony provide a good alternative which is a definite plus compared to some other condos we visited. We were trying to find potential negatives to our stay. We could not find any with maybe the exception that BVG is not far from the airport. This however does not prevent us from strongly recommending this location. By the way, we will be back next year. Hasta Luego. Danielle and Alain

We have nothing but good comments to make of our stay in your wonderful unit E706. The bed was wonderful and comfortable, but more importantly, the service and desire to make us comfortable by Pat and her daughter were superb. We felt very much at home. Wonderful amenities in the kitchen, but ate out every meal. Had a wonderful time each and every day, and we were so busy that we "NEVER" even saw a sunset from that great deck or anywhere else. How bad is that? We hope you will allow us to return to your paradise in Puerto Vallarta.

How can I say thank you for all the help and information the owner, Michelle, and her mom, Pat provided!!?? We stayed in E706, it was LOVELY! Couldn't believe it was so beautiful. The area was perfect for my morning runs through the nearby subdivision and up to the market for fresh pastries and breakfast foods. The information provided by the owners was my bible for the week, and carried with us as we ventured about. For us first timers, everything was perfect! Blessings and my most hearty thanks. We would certainly stay here again--and we will recommend this property!!

We loved the Bayview Grand. We stayed in E706 and even though it is on the 7th floor, the elevators were numerous and efficient. The pool and beach were beautiful. The location is about a mile from Marina Vallarta which has wonderful restaurants and shops and views for strolling. We were able to take the bus to Old Town and the Malecon for 5 pesos. We also used the bus from Walmart to go North to Sayulita which took about 50 minutes. We found it easy. The condo is well equipped and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. Lovely spot. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed in the condo E302. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely, and had all of the ammenities. I couldn't believe it when I found about 10 different bottles of sun tan lotion in the bathroom. We found the Bayview Grand to be very relaxing and quiet. It was great to be able to have the sliding glass door and windows open all night and not be bothered by noise. The only thing we heard were the waves gently rolling in. The pool area was very laid back and also very relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and drinking frozen drinks provided by the outdoor bar! Nothing could beat the amazing views of the sunsets we enjoyed every night on the balcony. I couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy our honeymoon!

this was our first trip ever to PV, and would love to return again. the condo we rented from Michelle was excellent...very well furnished with everything you might need for a vacation. Great beach, great pool, within walking to the Marina & good restaurants, golf nearby...a slice of heaven.

I have stayed in 706 and 302 multiple times over the past five or six years. The balcony views and location make this THE place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The ocean breeze cascades through the room when you open the sliding doors to go out to the balcony to watch another stunning sunset over the bay. It is close to many shops and delicious restaurants within walking distance in the Marina District. The pool, beach, and ocean are a few steps off the elevator. A very nice, yet challenging, golf course is literally out the back door. The staff at BVG is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The pools are gorgeous and there is plenty of space and privacy. This is not the case at almost every other resort or hotel that I have stayed at. Our two year old son had a blast in the shallow kiddy pool, and on the beach. Very family friendly, not full of crazy spring breakers, yet not stuffy. The amenities were everything one could want, and the enviroment was ideal. We will be back many more times. Thank you Randy, Michelle and Pat for making the process of renting smooth and enjoyable everytime!

We were fortunate to enjoy the hospitality and respect of all during our stay at the Bay View Grand. The accomodations were beautiful. The condo was very well equiped with not a want for anything additional. From the balcony to the grounds to the pool it was refreshing and breathtaking. We have had the pleasure of staying in each of Randy & Michelles condos several times and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. They are beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned, and well furnished, with the most breath taking views from the balconies. Bay View Grand is a laid back, relaxing resort with well kept grounds and a very friendly and helpfull staff. From the gorgeous views to the amzing pool we were never disapointed. We would never think of staying anywhere else when we visit PVR. Michelle and Pat are the friendliest, most accomadating people we have ever rented from. Five out of five stars in our book.

I have had the pleasure of staying in both of the condos owned by Michelle and Randy several times now over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The condo's are beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned, with breathtaking views from the balconies. Bay View Grand is a laid back resort with freindly & helpfull staff. The grounds are well taken care of and the ammeneties are best. I would not think of ever staying anywhere else when we visit PVR. Michelle and Pat are very accomadating, friendly, great people to rent from.

Recently returned from fabulous Puerto Vallarta. Our 4th trip and 3 of the 4 were spent in one of these condos. Bay View Grand is beautiful and the staff are so courteous and helpfull. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is spectacular. Both of the condos are clean, spacious and nicely furnished (even the beach towels are furnished); lots of ammenities. Especially love the bright orange towels in the 3rd floor condo. Views from both condos are breath taking. The owners are great people and always available if you need them. Have already booked our 2009 vacation with them. Peyton and David

I have now been to Puerto Vallarta several times and stayed in both of this owners condos. Both condos are beautifully decorated with tons of amenities and spectacular views. I love staying at Bayview, especially since they have completed their renovations. I can not wait to go back and will definitely stay at one of these condos when I do!

The Bay View Grand was absolutely spectacular. It was very laid-back and relaxing. The Condo itself and all amenities were outstanding. The Unit was very clean, spacious and decorated comfortably yet culturally to reflect the surrounding Mexican influences. The Condo has a great deal to offer, a large kitchen, equipped with all the appliances a guest would ever need, plenty of eating area, a comfortable bedroom, a great walk-thru bathroom, lounge space, and one of the best balcony views!! The sunsets every night were absolutely amazing! Our early morning walks on the beach to breakfast always delivered added surprises, we found baby sea turtles (just hatched from their eggs) and watched whales in the bay!! The BVG Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on where to visit, what to see, and estimated cab fares for us!! Overall we had a wonderful time and will be visiting again soon! When we got off the plane in Puerta Vallerta, we immediately felt as though we were in a laid-back Beverly Hills! The condo is absolutely wonderful - so bright and cheery with the most amazing view of the infinity pool, beach & ocean. The balcony has the perfect angle to watch the sunset as well. Our favorite thing to do was lounge by the pool and relax. When we wanted to get out, we took a short taxi into downtown where there is so much to do & see. Thanks, R & M!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the required accessories for cooking. The view from this unit is great and sunset amazing. The BVG is a great location, the personnel is also very kind, polite and friendly. Thanks to Michelle and her Mom, we had the great pleasure to meet them during our staying. We also wish a good recovery to Pat who broke her arm during her staying.

Our family stayed in the one bedroom condo and used the pull out sofa bed for our two sons. We had a fabulous time at the resort. The room was very clean, tidy and well decorated. We enjoyed the many swimming pools and my sons enjoyed body surfing in the ocean. There were louge chairs with canopies on the beach so we could watch our sons. We would go back again in a heartbeat!
