We are very proud of our 2nd floor oceanfront condo at the Royal Mauian complex. Kihei's location is on the southside of Maui and it is easy to get to other parts of Maui when you want to explore the rest of the island. This part of Maui is known as the "SUNNYSIDE OF MAUI" with warm days and nice tropical breezes.

The complex sits on beautiful green landscaped property with tropical trees, plants and flowers all around you. You can snorkel off the lava reefs in front of the condo and see all kinds of beautiful exotic fish and the occasional sea turtle. You will have a spectacular view from the unit and during most times of the year you will be able to see the sunset from the lanai (balcony). The view is breathtaking and the lawn/pool area is unsurpassing. When you are on the lanai you can look in the westerly direction through the swaying coconut palms to see the islands of Kaho'olawe, Molokini and Lana'i. To the northwest is the famous West Maui Mountains.

The rooftop garden (above the 6th floor) gives you a 360 degree view, in which you can see the Pacific Ocean, Kama'ole I and Kama'ole II beaches, to the northeast you can see Haleakala Crater at 10,023 feet (Highest elevation on Maui). The rooftop is a great place to enjoy the sunset and have your dinner under the stars with family and friends. For your convenience there is a serving bar, gas grills and kitchen facilities available for you to use.

Beyond this oasis of a complex, is the famous Kihei beaches, to the north is Kama'ole I and to the south Kama'ole II. These two beaches are only a couple of minutes walking distance away. The warm golden sand is inviting for you to do your very own thing at the beach. Across the street is one of the main parts of Kihei, where you can find almost everything you need within a short walking distance. You have shops, boutiques, and restaurants ranging from fast food to casual dining. These places are all reasonable priced. If it is a gourmet meal you are looking for you are only a short drive away in either direction. If you head down to Wailea( 5 minutes away) you will find several five star dining establishments as well as designer shops and world renown championship golf courses.
