Ski-In Vacation Condo in Premier Downtown Location - Next to hiking and biking trails and Blue River, about 1 block from new gondola. Half block from shops, dining, bars, entertainment, and very popular river park. Park your car in the heated garage and start relaxing. Large one Bedroom with separate sink. Large one Bath with heated tile. Condo has over 632 square feet plus large private deck with relaxing swing. Condo has king-size bed, deluxe queen-size sofa-sleeper, and deluxe twin-size roll-away. The queen size sofa-sleeper mattress is extra long, so it is comfortable for six foot adults to sleep on it. The fifth person could use the twin roll-away.
View from condo overlooks the Blue River with great views of the mountains. Bridges provide access to central downtown shops, dining, bars, and entertainment, just steps away from your vacation condo. Condo is managed totally by the owner. Well furnished and very "homey." Lots of extras, including cable-TV with fast&free internet access, relaxing porch swing overlooking river, gas-fireplace, full kitchen, sink in bedroom, stereo-boom-box, combination TV/DVD/VCR in bedroom and living-room, washer/dryer in condo. Especially in the spring/summer/fall time one can sleep to the peaceful sounds of the river. Complex has indoor and outdoor hot-tubs, heated-pool, fitness center, sauna, steam room, lounge with bar, heated parking, movie library, rental-shop, and restaurant.

Why the Owner Chose River Mountain Lodge
My condo location is perfect, since it is beautiful, peaceful, and you do not need to drive anywhere. Just park your vehicle in the heated garage and relax. Everything is either in walking distance or via a shuttle out the front door. Plus Breckenridge is a real town full of life year-round.

Great fall colors and great location for OctoberFest

This condo was such an awesome location for being next to the river and bike path and downtown and OctoberFest. It was so nice sleeping to the sounds of the calming river. The very private balcony had a comfortable and romantic porch swing, plus a table and chairs for eating outside to enjoy the views and river. The condo complex was upscale with nice indoor and outdoor hot-tubs, lounge/bar, plus there is a restaurant and sports shop as part of the complex, so it does not get more convenient than that. The condo was remodeled and well-maintained. The web site photos are good, however the web site could use a few more photos to show more of the nice parts of the condo and amenities. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and plan to stay again.
