This house is huge! It was perfect for our group of 10 people. We loved having three levels. It allowed everyone to spread out and relax. The house is located right next to a bus stop which happens to be the first pick up of many, so it was nice that we were always guaranteed a seat on the busy President's Day weekend. In addition we were able to fit three cars in the driveway, which was perfect. Overall, great house and we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation home! It's absolutely huge! We had 5 couples sharing this house comfortably. There's plenty of room for fun activities together, or some quiet time alone. The pool table room upstairs, the hot tub on the lower deck, and game room downstairs by the fireplace were popular spots. The kitchen/dining area was perfect - we were all able to cook/hang out/eat together. We walked easily to the slopes, the sledding hill, and to Main Street. The owners were very easy to work with and our deposit was returned in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

Wonderful, spacious, clean and well maintained home. Quiet and secluded, yet close to everything. Walk to town, shuttle and slopes. Definitely a "home away from home" with well stocked kitchen, large laundry room, game room, flat screen TV's and hot tub. Something for everyone. Responsive, caring owners. We had a wonderful, family holiday and hope we can return sometime.

The pictures on this website do not do this house ANY justice...this is one of the cleanest, nicest houses that I have stayed in. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The location was great, the town is a 5 minute walk away, slopes are 10 minutes on a shuttle ride...perfect. The owner was very easy to contact in case I had any questions as well. All said and done, this house is great and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a flawless trip to Breck.

Great property in a perfect location! The house lived up to & exceeded billing. As noted elsewhere, the photos don't do it justice. It's spacious, impeccably maintained, and again, the location couldn't be more convenient, allowing you walkable access to downtown, while feeling secluded at the same time. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay for groups of 8-10. The three floor scenario is great because it allows the " night owls" to stay up and those who wish to go to bed early to do so without being affected by the noise of the other group. Very spacious with excellent amenities including flat screen TV's, game room, pool table, computer, hot tub, and a nice view overlooking the creek. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and lots of room to sit.

We had a great time at Breck and the accommodations were excellent. After a long day of skiing we enjoyed the space of the huge mudroom upon entering the front door! Since we were continually doing laundry we were happy that the laundry room was so large and functional for such a large group in the winter. The Game Cube was good as the kids had their space upstairs and the adults had theirs downstairs. We would be happy to recommend and we will be coming back. Great location. We walked to downtown Saturday night.

First off, I must say that I looked at almost every Breck rental on the site before deciding to stay here and it was worth it. This house was perfect and well exceeded our expectations for our long weekend ski adventure. It feels like a home, not the average rental. The house is well appointed from the most comfortable beds, full washer and dryer, hot tub at full temp, pool table to the chef's kitchen, we could not have been more pleased. The location is also great for easy access to main street, the lifts, and the freeride bus right to the lift. The owner was also helpful at all stages of the rental process. I hope to make it back to Breck and I will definitely plan to stay here.

What an amazing house to relax in - we had a group of 8 that didn't even go skiing and just relaxed in the house. A nice secluded house that doesn't come with a huge price tag.

Our group of skiers (and nonskiers) loved the house and location. Wonderful set up for a larger group. Four ski areas easily accessible by the location of the house, along with wonderful shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again if we come back out. Highly reccomended.

We stayed for a week in the summer at the house and found it to be perfect for our larger family! The kids loved the games, pool table, etc. The adults loved the ample seating, peaceful setting, and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. We would certainly rent this property again. Katie is most helpful in answering questions and providing resources. I would highly recommend this property for families.

Our group of 4 couples stayed here for a summer weekend getaway, to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together -- and several separate areas to be alone (by the river, 2 decks, game room, 2 living rooms, etc.) We all had a great time. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Riverside is a lovely house for many different members of the family! Ours particularly enjoyed the game room and the pool table! The owners are also extremely helpful if any issues pop up while staying there. We would recommend this to anyone that can handle some stairs in the house!

We stayed at Riverside house Mardi Gras week, Feb 2-7 2008. Great location and great house for our group of 10. The young people had their own area upstairs which alowed the wife and I to sleep undisturbed each night. Even had a friendly Red Fox visit in the evening and share dinner. Highly reccomended.

Riverside was amazing! A group of 10 friends together in that house, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The walk to the slopes was almost as fun as being on the slopes. Great location. Hot tub, pool table, video games, gormet kitchen, the works!! If we return to Breckenridge we will 100% hands down stay at Riverside!!

We stayed at Riverside the week before Christmas along with our two children and their families.It was a wonderful vacation! Everyone went skiing, sledding and skating. The house is great! It is close to town where there are many good restaurants and shopping. The children enjoyed the game room and we all loved the space. The hot tub and pool table added to the fun! We hope to return sometime and would highly recommend Riverside as a place to stay in Breckenridge.

We had 7 guests stay at Riverside Jan. 10-13. Riverside is more than we could have imagined; there was plenty of room for everyone, a great location to both the town and slopes, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of skiing! We will definitely come back again, and highly recommend Riverside to anyone that is interested. We couldn't have had a better stay! Thanks!

We had a great time at Riverside. The house was just right for a family with children, as they had their own place to gather. The kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to fix some pretty good gourmet meals. We want to go back in the summer, as the river behind the place looks so inviting.

We had a family reunion here over the Thanksgiving week and really loved the house. My grandkids had a great time at the stream and the entire layout was perfect for 3 families. Kitchen was great for all our cooking needs and the kids loved the game room and extra space they felt was just for them. Had a great time ice skating and sledding also. Can't say enough good things about the house.

this was a perfect house and location for our families with children. We all loved cooking in the nice kitchen and the game room was a hit with the children. The hiking trail just down the road was a great path for the kids through the woods to the ski lift. We also enjoyed the Peak 8 activities. Thanks for sharing your great home. Betty and roger

We loved this house! We could not have asked for better accomodations or location. Going to bed and waking up to the sound of the river was so peaceful. The furniture and bedding was all top notch and it comfortably accomodated 4 adults and 7 kids. The kids spent most of their time in the game room and in the hot tub. Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids just returned from spring break in the house and we loved it! The upstairs family room was great for the kids to play on the game cube while the adults hung out downstairs. We enjoyed the cozy gameroom that opens out onto the main living area. The house was an easy shuttle ride to the slopes or town. It would be a beautiful place in the summer as well with the nice decks overlooking the stream. We highly recommend the house!

We took our annual trip to Breck during mid-Feb, 2007 with a large group. We all enjoyed the entire stay and have nothing but praise for this lovely home. We took advantage of every room, ammenity, kitchen utensil, & even the large garage space! As we departed Denver, everyone was asking when we would be returning next! God Bless!

We had an amazing time at this rental property. We stayed over MLK weekend and it was bitterly cold so many of our guests stayed indoors and enjoyed the house. One of my guests said she never wanted to leave! The kitchen was wonderful and we cooked 2 big dinners there, it seemed much easier than going out. The best part was the hottub, it over looks the blue river and is a great way to end the ski day. We definitely plan to return for a future ski trip.

The house was awesome!!! We got in just after they upgrade all the furniture and everything. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. Our experience was above our expectations, we would come back in a heart beat to this location. I highly recommnend this location!!

Beautiful house located near the ski slopes. The house has been completely redone and has all the amenities one could want. With the two living rooms and game/computer room, there was plenty of room for us to have our own private space. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the house and it was nice to come back to after a long day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this house and hopefully will be back in the near future.
