We had such a great time in Napa with this home as our base. Early morning walks in the nearby park with hot air balloons landing all around us was amazing. The home is pretty, clean and homey. The back patio is the perfect relaxation spot after a "hard" day of wine tastings! The location is close to amenities and wineries. And, since Larry knows everything Napa, having him as your driver will take you places you never dreamed!

Absolutely Beautiful Home! Perfect Weekend Getaway! A must for anyone coming to Napa!!!!!

This home is amazing! From the moment we drove into the neighborhood we were impressed. When we pulled into the driveway we were overly excited. It looked better than the photos. It reminded me of a model home. Beautifully landscaped (front and back), decor was a nice warm home feeling, everything was immaculate, the decor was well thought out, and really made us feel at home. It was surprisingly close to EVERYTHING we wanted to do! There are great restaurants nearby, downtown Napa by the river was only a 5-7 minute drive, the spa went went to was also close (17 min). We spent a day of wine tasting chauffeured by Larry (I will review on his site) which was absolutely amazing! Back to the home. :-)........This home has everything you would need in your own vacation home minus food, and personal hygiene items obviously. It was hard for us to want to leave and enjoy the valley. In fact a couple of times we brought food back to the house and the last morning had a personal chef come prepare us a gourmet breakfast (surprise gift from my best friend for my bday). Larry is a complete sweetheart and very easy to work with. He made the entire trip what it was for us, perfect! He was very responsive anytime I emailed with questions regarding things to do in the valley, and equally responsive once we arrived when I contacted him by cell phone. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Napa. It was less expensive than some of the bed and breakfasts' and resorts I considered and definitely a better experience since we had this luxury to ourselves to come and go as we pleased without other guests and inn keepers. This home was wonderful! Well maintained, convenient location! Bonus was hiring Larry's driving service for touring wineries! A must do in Napa!

We spent the week after Christmas through New Years. This home is very warm and inviting. Nicely decorated and has everything you need and more to prepare your own meals. The only recommendation which we shared with the owner was some of the beds need some upgrading. The master bedroom is huge and lovely with the canopy top. The other 2 bedrooms are somewhat small, but workable since you only sleep there, but again the beds need to be more comfortable. All in all we loved the house, the neighborhood was quiet, location was great.

Owner response:Thank you for your feedback.it is always appreciated. The bed in one of the bedrooms was recently changed and the frame needed better support, we have addressed that issue on that bed and all is good. In the last several years we have not had any negative comments about the beds.

Most amazing home in Napa

Me and my friends were totally shocked the minute we walked into the house. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is much more amazing than the photos can convey. From the beginning of arranging our rental to when we checked out, Larry was incredibly helpful and flexible. The house is well stocked for anything you might need while you're away from home, it truly is "your home in napa". We had originally planned to eat out most nights, but ended up cooking dinner every night at the house since it felt so cozy. The house is an easy drive to downtown Napa and surrounding wineries. Can't wait to come stay here again!

What a beautiful home! Great location and the entire property truly felt like home. Everything was very clean and the photos accurately reflect the property. The owner was incredibly helpful and we had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and we will stay there again as well!

Truly At Home

My husband, sister, and brother-in-law shared this spacious and well-appointed property while we were in Napa. The description was quite accurate but could not prepare us for the little details that make this home so comfortable. Much work was put into decorating, true to the Napa Valley mode. Larry was a good host and came over several times to help with internet connection complications. He could also answer any questions about the area because of his wine tours that he runs. I would definitely recommend this property and experience to any of our friends who would be visiting in the area. We found the ferry out of Vallejo was an excellent way to get to a tour of San Francisco without the traffic or headache of parking. Although we fixed many of our meals at our home, we found the Rutherford Grill to be superb food without breaking your pocketbook. Our whole Napa experience was truly memorable and would not have been possible without accessing HomeAway.com!!! Linda

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in 'our home in Napa' and enjoyed the luxuriously large home with wonderful amenities for relaxing, cooking and bbq'ing as well as even playing a little tune on the piano! Naturally you will need a means of transportation, but the distances were short and the location easy to find -we found it peaceful and relaxing to stay where we did and I would very much recommend it again.

The outdoor area was full of flowers with two seating areas and a peaceful fountain. The home was comfortable and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect for exploring the wine country.

Fabulous place to stay! An absolutely beautiful, comfortable home with all the amenities you could wish for. Very quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the entire wine region. Backyard was beautiful - loved the seating areas. The wine tour with Larry was great fun. Whole heartedly recommended! Wish we could have stayed longer....but we will be back!

You home is a great place to relax and entertain our family members who live in California. We have been spending two weeks a year in Northern California since the early 1980's and have stayed in homes from Santa Barbara to Mendocino. Yours is one of the best! Our stay here at 'Your Home In Napa' has been fantastic. We were pleasently surprised when we entered the home. It met all of our expectations, actually it exceeded them! We enjoyed the garden/patio with the soothing sound of the fountain. We are sohappy we were able to stayhere. It was perfect. Larry, your tour of the wineries was fun and informative, a terrific intro to Napa Valley for us. We also loved Cole's Chop House. You helped make our 20th wedding anniversary trip special. Our home in Napa-arrived Friday April 27th in the late afternoon. We were met at the house by our greeter Larry. He showed us around to make sure we knew where ever thing was we would need or wanted. The house was absolutely beautiful, warm, every thing we needed. It did indeed exceed our expectations. All the personal touches make this home very special. We raved about it to all our family here from Michigan who are staying at local area motels. They stopped by to see the 'find' we were at and agreed that we had the best. Our stay in Napa this time was make extra special because of our stay at 'Our Home In Napa' We relaxed at night with family and a glass of wine, found wine glasses aplenty. Every thing was superb.
