Visit our unique layout of nineteen separate units on two different properties only a mile apart. "Waterside", our serene, peaceful, tropical-setting property is situated directly on the tranquil waters of Heron Lagoon. Choose from a secluded studio for two directly on the water, perfect for a romantic get-away or one of four, one bedroom cottages all with front decks and full kitchens. We also have a two bedroom/two bathroom cottage with screened porch or a three bedroom/two bathroom free-standing house with a large back deck and dock on the lagoon! Our "Beachside" property is less than a mile and a half away and boasts six luxury ground floor villas, five apartments, plus a large two bedroom house all situated just a short 100 yard walk to the world famous "whitest sand in the world" award-winning Crescent Beach on Siesta Key on the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from studios,one two or three bedrooms, pool or garden view. All newly remodeled in the summer of 2006, most offering their own private wooden deck to sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings on!
Each villa is fully turnkey, furnished with a Quality King-Sized Bed in the spacious bedroom, and Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a full bathroom and kitchen. One bedrooms sleep four people. The two bedroom villa has two twin beds in the second bedroom. Two Bedrooms sleep up to six people.
Also be sure to make the most of the huge, private, heated pool.
40 x 20 feet, one end framed by a gazebo for shade, or the other end open to full sun for tanning. Enjoy the lush, tropical landscaping of palm trees, and beautiful plants. Laundry on-site, as well as free Wi-fi Internet.
